Getting Around: Parking for 5+ right in the driveway or under the house! Free street parking. Right across the street from the beach, and just a few blocks to the lighthouse! Recommend a golf cart for getting to restaurants (or drive)... this house is quiet, peaceful with its ocean sounds
Other Notes: *Coffee grounds available for drip coffee. Be sure to pick up your favorite pods if you want to use the Keurig!

*Please note: The fireplace will be available for guest use between September 30th and March 1st

*Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
