The location is great . Walking through the beach.very quiet and clean beach front. We love sat at porch watching sunrise and sunset.it’s beautiful.

Location provides easy access to Tampa, St. Petersburg, and beach. The condo was clean with nice furniture and kitchen appliances. Plenty of cookware, plates, cutlery, etc. Heating/cooling is easy to operate. Washing machine and dryer are handy. Three bathrooms. Beach amenities in storage room. Covered parking spot.
Street noise despite decks facing the beach. Wifi instructions on fridge are incorrect (see informative binder for info and other useful tips). Parking space very tight even for Camry-size sedan. Long stairs up to condo and from foyer to bedrooms. For ten-day stay, not enough dishwashing product or toilet paper. Roku TV/Spectrum system needed to be unplugged and recycled before working properly. Table for six has four chairs.

the location, the privacy
The AC broke twice while we were there for one week, the dingy shag carpet, the dated kitchen and whole place, the messy storage with broken and rusted beach chairs, the broken kitchen tile which could ultimately injure someone, off the bedroom balcony there were rusted nails sticking out of wood which could injure someone. they knowingly offered this unit with a broken AC, the repair man even knew what was wrong already, in fact they tell you not to lower it below 72 degrees as they have a sign. we slept all night with 80 degrees and my daughter who suffers from eczema was miserable. Not worth $2300 for one week, we really need a refund of at least one night. It is sad the owners don’t take pride in their home.
