Location was fabulous being between Clearwater and st Pete. The view from the balcony was incredible. The 2 rattan chairs on the balcony were awesome. Furniture looked new and was nice.
Parking spot was convenient and the pool was enjoyable. The temp they kept the pool at was perfect. Didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub at night like we wanted due to it being so crowded.
Family room and dinette area flooring was nice. We liked the beach decor of the place.
There was no sofa bed like I believe was advertised. It was only a regular couch so my one son had to sleep on the couch and wasn’t able to sleep in a bed all week.
The place needs a real good Deep cleaning. Wash down cabinets, appliances (side of fridge), base boards, etc. need new shower curtain hooks and rods since they are rusted. Maybe being near the ocean causes that to happen quickly, but they looked at least 10 years old.
You can tell the place is dated, but can see they have update furniture and some of the faucets and light fixtures/fans. Need to replace the 4 chairs on the balcony. They are completed busted through. They were barely usable.
Tile flooring needs to be replaced throughout other than the family room and kitchen dining area. You could tell that flooring was fairly new.
Place needs a new paint job or at least touch up the areas where you replaced the light fixtures.

The location was perfect & the condo was clean & comfy! Quiet & family friendly beach but still close to all the activities we wanted to do. Right on the beach, with a great view; we even saw dolphins swim by a couple times from our balcony!
The 3rd bedroom full size bed could stand to be replaced, big dip in the middle! One of the elevators wasn’t working half the time, so you either waited a good while for the functioning one or hiked the stairs.
