The apartment was well appointed and maintained. We enjoyed staying very much. The bed was a little hard and could use a memory foam pad imo. I was grateful to see the memory foam pad for the sofa sleeper stashed in the closet. That really helped that bed be comfortable for my son. We enjoyed the view of the bridge and water, and the proximity to town.
The parking seemed a little unsafe due to a lot of unhoused people there and a lot of police activity dealing with the unhoused individuals. I don’t think that is anything the owners of the property can do anything about, as it’s a shared parking lot, it just made going to my car after dark feel a little unsafe. We did not feel unsafe in the upstairs apartment at anytime though.
