Ligurian lifestyle!

The apartment was in a great position across the road from the sea. We were very comfortable there and able to cook meals with local ingredients. Also good to be able to wash our clothes and hang out the window Italian style! The Nervi passegiata was close by and we loved walking it each day. Spectacular views! There are many lovely cafes and restaurants around - too many to choose from. Erika gave us many local tips and was a fantastic host and communicator. Really easy to walk to either Quinto or Nervi station for day trips. Highly recommend to be able to experience the beautiful Italian Ligurian Riviera.

Great stay!

The view was amazing, the location was close to many restaurants and the host gave us great tips on restaurants. The host was also amazing in assisting us with transportation like trains and contact details to taxi services!

Exceptional

The flat is comfortable and spacious enough for one or two people. The shower was excellent and had the best water pressure and consistent warm water of anywhere I stayed throughout Italy. The kitchen has everything you need as a traveller. Good books to read or thumb through. Nice cozy living room and bedroom. Beautiful neighbourhood far enough away from bustling Genova to feel a bit more of a chill vibe, but close enough to take a quick train or bus in. The sea is right across the road and there are great swimming spots.

The road is noisy, as it is directly outside the flat, but it gets quiet enough at night to have a good sleep.

Great host with a lovely home. Very personal and an easy stay.

Location was great, right on a Main Street, so plenty to see and do. A quick walk down to the beach was a treat. Erika was a lovely host, who was in touch regularly before the trip as well as during, providing plenty of recommendations.

The bedroom was very hot during the night so the fan is definitely needed. There was also a fair bit of noise from the traffic/pedestrians going by on the main road so if that’s a bother, keep the window closed.

Good position in the metropolitan area of Genova with good bus and train connections, very nice interior design and seaview and all amenities

Exceptional

The flat is located in a lovely neigbourhood, very close to a beach. You can actually watch the sea from the bedroom window! The place is clean, decorated in a very nice, romantic way. It is a place with a soul :) The flat was also eqiupped with everything we would need. Also great contact with the host. We received a lot of practical recomendations of what to sea and where to eat in the neigbourhood.

Agréable et Magnifique

L'appartement, est très bien équiper, dès notre arriver nous avons étaient accueilli pour la remise des clef ainsi que des explications. N'étant pas Italien , nous avions peur pour la compréhension mais la personne avais prie la peine de tout traduire en français 😁. La vue depuis L'appartement est très belle sur la mer et les plages sont vraiment très proches ainsi que Gene qui se trouve à 25 mn environ 😁. Et surtout la propriétaire est vraiment super gentille, elle nous a envoyer plein d'adresse de restaurant, de plages , d'endroit à visiter ❤️

Peut être juste le matelas qui pour nous était pas très confortable mais cela est propre à chacun 😁

Sehr charmant eingerichtete Wohnung an toller Lage: nahe Fischerhafen, Restaurants, Shops, Bahnhof

Super schöne und sehr gemütliche Wohnung. Sie ist perfekt ausgestattet für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Lage ist sensationell: direkt an der Strasse, welche entlang der Küste führt, nur wenige Min. zu Fuss vom Fischerhafen und den Restaurants entfernt. Auch der Bahnhof 'Genova Quinto al Mare' ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Von dort aus sind Genua oder andere kleine Dörfer und Städte entlang der Küste gut mit dem Zug zu erreichen. Es gibt mehrere kleine Supermarkets in der Umgebung. Parkplätze entlang der Strasse sind gratis (es gibt nicht allzu viele aber sie sind zu finden - auf jeden Fall in den Wintermonaten). Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Erika sowie die Schlüsselübergabe klappte bestens. Sie ist sehr bemüht, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten, wenn wir das nächste Mal in der Gegend sind.

C'est un logement dans lequel je retournerai si je reviens à Nervi à l'avenir.

L'hôte a été très accomodante pour notre arrivée et notre départ, la communication est facile et rapide. Logement très cozy, situé près du port de Nervi et des plages, accès facile à deux gares. Tout fonctionne bien et est confortable.

Le bruit de la route peut gêner si les fenêtres sont ouvertes durant la journée, mais les nuits ont été calmes.

Heerlijk, ontspannen verblijf. Genoten van het appartement, de zee en het prachtige wandelpad er langs.

Leuke en fijne sfeer. Er is alles wat je hebt. Het is schoon en ruim. Mooi uitzicht. Er is een airco. Erika geeft ook veel leuke tips. Je bent binnen een paar minuten bij de zee.

De gang beneden in het centrale trappenhuis is niet zo fijn binnenkomen . Vochtig en verf bladdert af.

Tre giorni impeccabili in una delle parti più belli della Liguria.

La casa è molto ben arredata, con un gusto vicino al mio, era come farsi prestare la casa di un'amica. C'è tutto quello che serve. Eravamo in due amiche, dormendo nella camera e nel soggiorno, ognuna aveva la sua privacy.

Niente. Chi ha il sonno leggero sente forse la strada, ma non volevo chiudere la finestra per sentire il mare.......

A szállás olyan, mintha hazaérkeznél. Kényelmes bútorok, praktikus felszerelés, tisztaság, kilátás a tengerre, légkondícionáló. Jó az elhelyezkedése is, pár perc séta a legközelebbi sziklás szabadstrand vagy a kisbolt vagy a fagyizó vagy az éttermek, 10 perc a vasútállomás.

Nervi ist einfach eine sehr schöne Gegend und die Lage mit der Nähe zum Wasser sehr bequem !

Lage sehr gut, das Apartment is sehr nett, alles ist da und sauber war es auch ! Danke für die vielen Tipps von der Gastgeberin !

Die Uferstrasse ist halt in der Woche ein wenig laut. Aber das hatten wir bei genauem hinsehen auch vorher wissen können. Hat aber weiter nicht geschadet und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen !!

Séjour très agréable

L’appartement est agréable, bien aménagé et bien situé par rapport à Nervi et Quinto et proche des bus pour se rendre au centre de Gênes. La vue sur la mer est un plus indéniable.

Il faut être conscient que la rue est assez passante donc bruyante, contre-partie de la situation en front de mer!

Ottima posizione ma secondo me c’è qualcosa da cambiare

Appena entrati abbiamo sentito subito un odore di chiuso,polvere in giro dovuta a quel ammasso di roba vecchia che c’è in giro per la casa usata come “decoro” arredata in maniera vecchiotta ma ben attrezzata
