About this apartment rental

Casa Bianca is a characteristic studio apartment with beautiful sea view composed of open living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, entrance with French double sofa bed. It is located 100 m from the characteristic Capolungo beach and from the beginning of the promenade overlooking the sea with a view of the Golfo Paradiso Passing through green parks, rose gardens and stately homes in renowned art galleries, you arrive at the small port of Nervi. Genoa Nervi, the last offshoot of the city, is a typical ancient village of the Riviera with lively local and traditional shops. The house is 15 minutes 'walk from the Genova Nervi station from which you can reach the city center of Genoa by train (15' train) with the Aquarium and the whole Riviera (Camogli, Santa Margherita, Portofino, Rapallo up to the Cinque Terre ). The accommodation is suitable for a couple or a family of 2 adults and 2 children.

If the guest needs a private parking we can request a parking space for the duration of the stay at a cost to be paid directly to the parking attendant.

We stayed 28 days in Davide & Paulas fabulous apartment in Oct/November ..despite the bad weather and torrential rain we throughly enjoyed or stay in the Nervi area. There was lots to do in the area and the neighbouring villages..a few minutes by foot from the sea.. Parking nearby at £5 per day and the train station a 15min walk away it was possible to explore the whole coast / Cinque Terre / Genoa.. We would both highly recommended this small but well stocked & comfortable apartment …

The unit had a beautiful view and everything we needed. Our host was very friendly and went above and beyond for us at check in. He helped us with our luggage and gave us multiple recommendations. We owe him many thanks for our wonderful trip. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful sea view apartment in quiet Genova Nervi!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience in Davide’s apartment by the sea in Genova Nervi. The studio is spacious with modern design and decor, and everything one needs for cooking or relaxing. The apartment has a lovel sea view, a rooftop terrace for use by guests, and is in a small, quiet, safe and charming neighborhood. The apartment is a very short (3 minute) walk from one of the most beautiful promenades I have experienced - in Europe, Mexico or the US. There are numerous restaurants along the promenade - all that we tried were excellent, with wonderful local seafood. Lots of great options for swimming within a short walk along the promenade, or hiking up the stairs through the old town, churches and olive groves. Davide was an outstanding host - kind, responsive and very helpful with local recommendations and incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the area. We would most definitely come back and highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Pour notre 2ème expérience à Gênes, nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel chez Davide ! L'appartement est très propre, très bien équipé (climatisation, terrasse sur le toit...) avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et idéalement placé (épicerie sur le trottoir en face, 3 minutes à pied de la plage, 15 minutes en voiture de Camogli ou Boccadasse, 30 minutes du port ou du centre ville et à peine plus d'une heure de l'outlet de Serravalle ! Davide est un hôte génial, très sympathique, disponible et serviable, il a même mis à notre disposition un lit de bébé pour notre fils de 15 mois, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Le parking est très pratique et facile d'accès. Merci également au fils de Davide qui a su nous accueillir à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation

We enjoyed our stay very much. When Davide welcomes you, you feel at home immediately, very good and friendly communication. The flat ist also Very nice. Nice wooden floor, chic interior design. Only: for us the bed wasnt very comfortable. And we could hear the train at night, so take ear-plugs. All together: Very recommendable.

Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Die Wohnung liegt nur 3 Gehminuten zum Strand und liegt in einem angenehmen untouristischen Gebiet. Man nimmt hier wunderschön am Leben in einem Vorort von Genua teil.

Die Wohnung mit Meeresblick ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Nervi entfernt, von wo man mit der Regionalbahn in ca. 10-20min den Hauptbahnhof von Genua erreichen kann. In Nervi gibt es u.a. eine herrliche Promenade entlang der Küste, einen kleinen Strand, einen großen Rosengarten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/ Bars/ Restaurants etc.. Für uns war die Wohnung ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt zur Besichtigung von Genua und ein erholsamer Kontrast zum trubelig engen Stadtzentrum Genuas. Vielen Dank Davide für den sehr freundlichen Empfang mit Tipps für Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten in Genua und die unkomplizierte Abstimmung im Vorfeld! Uns hat der Aufenthalt trotz des nicht so idealen Wetters sehr gut gefallen!

Appartamento con cucina molto accessoriato. Arredamento moderno e molto accogliente, dotato di wifi. Il proprietario è molto cortese e disponibile. Per noi è stata una soluzione ideale per visitare Genova. Si arriva alla stazione di Nervi in 15 minuti di passeggiata attraverso parchi o sul lungo mare, poi da lì in 20 minuti (treno + metro) si arriva all'Acquario di Genova.

Schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung mit einem perfekten Meerblick.Für 2 Personen ist sie passend, für 4 Personen wäre sie uns zu klein gewesen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und für Ortsunkundige hat er viele wertvolle Informationen, damit sie sich in der großen Stadt und deren Umgebung zurecht finden. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bus,Bahn) ist die Innenstadt leicht erreichbar. Die Dachterrasse ist sicherlich das Highlight dieser Wohnung, wir konnten sie leider wegen Regens nicht nutzen.
