I liked Nervi and my stay there

Location in a nice suburb of Genoa, walks in the park and on the promenade. Easy shopping right in front of the house. The host recommended us where to find a free place to park.

Finding the place and getting keys was a bit of a hassle, a map would be nice. We went in August and wish it had air conditioning, which it does not.

The location is great and the place is spacious

The drawers weren’t very clean and one of the bed sheets wasn’t clean either. The beds weren’t done even though we confirmed we wanted towels and bed Linen. For adults traveling it’s probably not a big deal but when you travel with children it’s nice when you arrive at home in the evening to find the beds done.

- checkin was a game of key searching, very strange - parking Situation is difficult - contact to host only via WhatsApp - towels/sheets etc charged extra - no salt/pepper/oil/coffee/disktab in kitchen - Blankets were 0,5m thick as if we were going on an antarctic mission; we had to sleep without

La posizione molto comoda per i mezzi di trasporto e vicinissima al centro.

Pulizia inesistente all'arrivo tende luride coprimaterassi macchiati. Attrezzatura pessima ( pentole danneggiate e armadio con porta scorrevole rotta oltre a miscelatore del bidet non fissato). Ci sono voluti tre giorni per ottenere un minimo di pulizia e sostituzione del set di pentole. Abbiamo chiesto un rimborso parziale del soggiorno per i giorni di disagio iniziale, ma a tutt'oggi non abbiamo alcuna informazione.
