A fully-equipped full kitchen is furnished with beautiful cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range. The downstairs suite, while not ADA compliant, has wider doors, an elevator, and features a bathtub equipped with grab bars and a roll-under sink. This is the perfect space to host family events or get-togethers with old friends.

I booked this house for our 2 daughters and 3 grandsons along with my husband and I. The entire process of booking was so easy and straight forward. Everyone loved the house and we all had plenty of room so that no One felt on top of each other. I thought that the house had 4 bedrooms but actually there are 5! The house is righton the beach which was great with the little ones. Very pretty house, very clean and great location. We'll be back for sure! one felt

We were in Folly Beach for my daughter's wedding celebration and the house and proximity to the wedding venue were perfect!

Great spot on Folly with views of the ocean from every room. The bathroom with the main floor bedroom is not really handicap accessible - would be better if it was a walk in shower. Kitchen is well stocked and entertaining area holds a lot of folks and the decks do as well. There are really 5 bedrooms! We were unable to use the dryer as the vent was apparently full of lint; despite repeated calls and promises that maintenance would come, they never showed so we made a few trips to the laundromat which was a bummer. Everyone felt tremors in the house at random times - not sure what that means but will be interesting to see if this house is still standing in 10 years. We enjoyed our time there!

The house was perfect for multiple families. Multiple rooms and bathrooms made it comfortable for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. Be warned there are ZERO beach things. No chairs, towels, toys available. It was the first beach house rental we’ve been too and there was literally nothing for the beach, but they provided you a 10% discount code to rent them from a local company. When they say you only get the “basic starters” they mean it. Bring your own trash bags, laundry/dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning spray… We loved the view and comforts the house had, only wish there had been a few more amenities that we are used to from other beach rentals.
