2 beautiful pools! 1 overlooking the ocean. Good-sized rooms cleaned daily. Good offering of food and drinks. Great Frozen Margaritas! And a great area in Sumbul with nice neighbouring restaurants and cafes for alternative eating and drinking options.
Not much to complain about here. Maybe a medium-thickness pillow with a thicker option (as they offer 2 thick pillows), as my neck felt a bit crook at the end of the week.

The privacy, the staff, the quietness, beachfront, the food all great
A lot of truck on the way there, so drive slowly. Muslim broadcast many time a day including 4am at night. (Nothing to do with the hotel)

Fantastic staff, comfy beds and clean rooms.
Restaurant was average, location is a bit out of the way for access to others.
