About this house rental
Our family beach house has been where countless friends and family members have vacationed over the years. Between it's excellent location, NOT crowded beach, and it's open entertaining floor plan, our house works for both small and large families. The gated community keeps traffic to residents only making it a safe and friendly atmosphere for all.
When not on the beach the house let's you spread out between the 2 large decks, and very comfortable screened porch (with dining table, couches and TV), or relax under the house on the hammock or seating areas. Fully furnished, beach toys, supplies, chairs, umbrellas all included. Tennis & pickle ball courts in the community, 1 mile to town, restaurants and shops.

Wonderful stay. My family and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. Property is in a terrific location with great outdoor and indoor spaces.

We (4 adults, 2 children) stayed at the house for two weeks and loved it! There is a lot of space for a big group and the location can’t be beat. Patrick was very responsive and addressed any questions we had. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a great vacation in Bethany.

This poperty is fabulous! The house had everything you could possibly want for a beach vacation. The kitchen had every possible device for preparing a meal for 10 and the outdoor table(on the porch) accomadated our whole gang.The beach is only a short walk and the number of beach "toys" was perfect.
Two comments: the proximity to route 1 made evening road noise a little annoying in the evenings, the neighbor to the left was a little annoying when we were making samores in the firepit.
Overall this is a great property!

The house and community were great! There was more than enough space of all 8 of us and we loved the family feel of the home! It was a very short walk to the private beach and the house had all the beach amenities we could need! We would definitly rent this propert again!
