Great house for family get-togethers featuring an open spacious floorplan with 4 bedrooms and 3 full plus 1 half baths and plenty of room for two families to spread out and relax. Bright and elegant decor includes central air conditioning, full kitchen has beautiful granite countertops with stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, 5 TVs one is 60inch; flat screen in the living area, DVD, WiFi, Gas Grill and outside shower. Enjoy and unwind with your morning coffee or evening cocktails sitting out on the awesome oversized deck overlooking the state park area while the kids enjoy the afternoon at the beautiful community pool! Available EV charging during off peak energy hours. Community also has a kayak launch. Owner will provide use of a tandem kayak. Beach access is just a short drive to either the public beaches in Bethany or the Indian River Delaware State Seashore Park. NO PETS allowed per community HOA rules. Violations will result in a fine of $150.00 per offense.

Beautiful, spacious property in our favorite neighborhood. Great location. Fresh-looking, modern, large kitchen. Enjoyed using the owner's kayak. Long & Foster staff very friendly and available. Check-in was smooth and early. Four for neighborhood is because this year we reserved late and got a house that backed up to the highway instead of the wetlands. Also, main sitting room could have used more chairs and a floor lamp or two. Some of the offerings in the garage, though generous, were in poor condition and couldn't be used (i.e., corn hole game, picnic table, etc.). Since these were nonessential, they did not detract from our enjoyment. We had a few minor issues but the owner and managers dealt with them swiftly and cheerfully, leaving us feeling well taken-care-of. Thank you for a wonderful week! (P.S.: this property had a crib in the master bedroom and some other equipment for families with very young kids, which might appeal to younger families than ours)
