We LOVED THE LOCATION. Great balcony, great AC. Wonderful and charming building.

Didn’t know how to make coffee and coordinating our arrival with all the inconsistencies of travel was a bit stressful. No host in site. No broom or way to clean up messes.

Excellent location just between the Spagnioly area, and the Centro historico area, right on Via Toledo but quiet entrance to the building, wonderful balcony (third floor with elevator) above the livefull street. everything was walking distance including the port. Also it felt Very safe. The windows had an electric shutters that allow 100% darkness for sleeping and the Windows where sound proof. So it was pretty quiet although its above via toledo. Shower was perfect, The water was alwais hot and strong stream. The host was very helpful replying to any question we had. Also the sofa bed was Very comfortable! And we use to vety comfortable mattress at home...

Small things that were fixed by the host very fast: 1. Saying they can't let us in on time for check-in at 04:00pm, onlt at 05pm, but we insisted so they managed to be on time. We arrived from airport to the appointment at 03:30pm so wechadvto wait only 30 min 2. The sheets on the double sofa bed where stained. 3. Not enuogh toilet paper

Tirando suites apartament is a Quality stay. Spacious, and very modern. A complete Kitchen and we'll designed Bathroom. The location in Piazza Carità is the best location 2 minutes walk in via Toledo to the metro. We were right in Via Toledo, restaurants, stores and the Galleria d"Italia, also minutes walk to Piazza Dante. I loved the Balcony and the street views. We want to thank Fabiana for her professional handling, assistance and advice. We shall return to Napoli and to this very apartment. Period.
