Zona centrale ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, facile da raggiungere dalla stazione centrale. Vicina a vari punti di interesse storico-artistico che permette di visitarli spostandosi a piedi.
Appartamento comodo e silenzioso nonostante la zona in cui è situato.
Problematico il divano letto per chi dovesse dormirci, in quanto cigola e il materasso è affossato. Il letto matrimoniale è ottimo

The location was excellent and we felt safe.
Bathroom was small with no shelves, no human reception only on WhatsApp, we had 1 big bath towel that had a hole, I sent a picture to MariaRosaria and she accused us of ripping it. When we asked her for more towels because this one was ripped, she said it would cost us an extra 30 euros. I then sent her a picture of the washing machine soap dispenser, it was dirty with mold (we don't think it was ever cleaned). She again accused me of breaking it. I told her NO the dispenser slides out & off to clean. We have never been more insulted 😟 There are no windows nor balcony in the unit with the washing machine. Wrong information for breakfast that she gave us as well as where to dry our clothes. Before, we left after 1 week, I asked her if she wanted to see the place. She responded no just to leave the key on the kitchen table and she trusted us.The apartment we booked, the kitchen is not shown in the booking picture. Looking at the booking pictures and looking at the one we just posted not the same.

Monolocale carino nel complesso.
Per 2 notti può anche andare, ma di più no, almeno per 4 persone un po' stretto. Bagno piccolo e poco pratico, doccia sporca di muffa e calcare, presenza di ruggine sul soffione, odore di umido che si sentiva in tutta la casa, perfino sulle lenzuola e coperte. Lenzuola di entrambi i letti strappate in alcuni punti. Divano letto scomodo e rumoroso, materasso inesistente, stanza superiore carina ma per il materasso idem. Nel complesso manca tanta manutenzione, peccato perché la cucina sembra nuova è c'è tutto, con qualche accortezza in più può diventare un ottimo appartamento.
