Residenza Napoli Toledo

The apartment is located right on the central street, Via Toledo, just a few steps away from the metro station. It was very beautiful, neat, and well-maintained, with excellent amenities for families with young children. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine. It is ideal for large families and for long-term stays. the mattresses were quite comfortable Right below the apartment, there are pizzerias and restaurants. Upon our arrival during a heatwave, we found a bottle of cold water in the fridge, which was a very kind and definitely useful gesture. Additionally, the building has an elevator, something that is missing from most apartments in this area.

This is not exactly a negative point, just a random incident that could happen due to wear and tear. Upon our arrival, we noticed that the air conditioning in the living room—where the sofa bed for the children was located—was not cooling at all. We immediately contacted our host, Dania, who contacted a technician right away, and the problem was resolved the very next day. She was very helpful and polite. We also came to a mutual agreement for a late checkout to compensate for the inconvenience of spending the first day without A/C in the living room. Additionally, if there was one thing I would change about the apartment, it would be a minor renovation of the bathroom, as it is quite old.

Formidable accueil de Shani qui est venu nous chercher suite à une erreur de notre taxi qui ne nous avait pas déposés au bon endroit! Un grand merci à Dania que nous avons beaucoup sollicitée. Très réactive,à l écoute, elle nous a epargne bcp de stress! Vraiment top!
