We had a lovely apartment , set back from the road in a courtyard, but so close to everything! The bed was so comfortable which was a massive plus!
Nothing , it was just as expected. If pushed it would be great if the court yard had a small table & chairs.

Location is fantastic, and relatively quiet place to sleep. Nice sun windows
You have to organize with an agent to pick keys up, meaning some randomness about the time you can actually get in. Relatively dark accommodation despite the windows (all blurred) but maybe that's Napoli's standards. Sofa bed of relatively poor quality, I would not use it for an adult. The hottub bath is a great idea but lights were flickering, the hot water was difficult to get in normal flowing quantities. If you book quick you miss you have to pay extra for cleaning.

Great location, secure. Good air conditioning and fantastic communication and helpfulness with Matteo who arranged to meet us.
Very thin floors/walls - could hear every step upstairs and every noise made by other apartments which woke us up at night. Shower didn't drain properly while you were using it. Towels were presumably clean but smelled bad. Pictures on the website made it appear that there was a bath in the room but that was in fact a different apartment, very little natural light reaches the room during the day.
