The River House is a recently built, beautifully furnished home, with stunning views of an idyllic bird watcher’s tidal river and marsh that spills out to Nantucket Sound.
This central air-conditioned home features bright open living and dining areas with large windows overlooking the water, a gracious dining room table, and a bright, new, fully equipped kitchen with double dishwashers and granite counters. Double doors lead from the living area to an outdoor deck with sitting and dining areas overlooking the water.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and sleeps 8 (perfect for a family or two couples). The master bedroom has a king bed and stunning water views. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and the third bedroom can accommodate up to 4 with 2 twin beds and a twin day bed with a trundle. All bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms with private toilet rooms and marble counters.
Amenities include air conditioning, 2 washers and dryers, 2 dishwashers, Weber grill, wireless internet, 5 televisions and bicycles for enjoying easily accessible bike paths.
The house is located on Mill Creek which is perfect for kayaking or a swim at high tide, within .9 miles to the closest beach, 4 miles (10-minute drive) to the charming and picturesque town of Chatham, and within easy access to bike paths.

This is our second time staying at the River House and it’s truly the best! It accommodates our whole family, the outside setting is beyond gorgeous, the en suite bathrooms in each bedroom is absolutely key. It’s our favorite family getaway!

We knew we were in for a great stay at this beautiful home from the listing but it exceeded our expectations in every way in real life.
The location was incredible, peaceful, idilic, out of the way but so close to everything. Watching the wildlife there during morning coffee was just the best!
Marilyn was the perfect host & could not have been more helpful & responsive.
This will not be our last time at this A*** home, could not recommend any more highly!

Even better than the listing describes. The views of Nantucket Sound are amazing! Everything you need for a wonderful relaxing stay on the Cape.
