Beautiful home that is 2/10's mile to Forest Beach and 3/10's mile to Pleasant Street Beach - Both Nantucket Sound beaches.

This immaculate three bedroom/two bath home is light and bright and has a true Summer feel. Property offers Central Air Conditioning and newer mattresses. Remodeled kitchen with center island and updated refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and washer/dryer, spacious living room with comfortable furnishings, wireless internet and flat screen television. Property is close the bike path which is added plus.
Enjoy the comfortable master bedroom with King bed on the right side of the house with remodeled private bath with shower. Across the hall is the second bedroom with Queen bed and third bedroom with two twins side by side. Across from these two bedrooms is a remodeled bath with tub and shower.
In addition, there is a wonderful sunroom/family room with sectional sofa, flat screen television and a daybed with trundle that adds extra living space to this home. This room has a slider to a nice sunny deck with outdoor dining table and gas grill along with an enclosed outdoor shower. Firepit with surrounding chairs is what everyone is looking for.

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

We absolutely loved this rental! It has been recently renovated and incredibly well appointed. Truly has everything you need from a well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, AC, to an entire garage full of beach supplies (chairs, toys, wagon, umbrellas, etc). Everything was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The backyard is great for dining and relaxing evenings by the fire pit. The beach very close, only 3-5 minute walk at most, and the walk is really pleasant.
We can’t wait to return next season!
