Great location, close to everything in Chatham and ideal for Cape Cod holiday. Property is well maintained, has everything you can need for a beach holiday. Beach toys, towels, chairs, umbrella. Very highly recommended.

The house was great with lots of room and an expansive yard. Seven of us fit comfortably. We enjoyed morning coffee outside. The house was very clean and comfortable.its about a mile from a beach and near hiking trails and close to the wedding we attended in Chatham. No complaints; we would rent here again

The house is pretty and in a great location. However, it was not nearly clean enough. There were dirty clothes under multiple beds; the master bathtub was filthy and debris actually shot out of the jets when turned on; the shower head in the upstairs bathroom was filthy and had to be cleaned before we could use it; one of the beds was covered in dog hair; one of the beds was missing entirely and we found it propped against the wall in the basement.
