This is a rather basic type of accommodation. You get everything you may need and not much more. It's a "you-get-what-you-pay-for" place.
I appreciated good contact with the owners.
The location - it's close to the main railway station, which is good, but the area is a maze, with buildings on different street levels and intricate passages. It's very easy to take a wrong turn and then you walk round in circles.
On the whole, the apartment is quite the opposite of cozy. It's a place where you come back after a long day, have a quick meal, take a shower and go to bed. You don't pass your time there. It lacks some basic items that would make a difference, like a normal chair, a bed table and especially an electric kettle.

Struttura pulita sistemata bene in poco spazio
Arrivare coi bagagli di una crociera più bambini e passeggino annesso non è proprio una comodità per affrontare quella salita. All’interno non abbiamo trovato neanche una bottiglia d’acqua (capisco che la struttura non è tenuta a darla, ma farebbe piacere col caldo di giugno). L’ospite che deve portar via la spazzatura mi è sembrata una novità

For a family of 4, it’s too small.
Noisy and dark, it’s a ground floor with no natural light through the windows
It is close to the train station, within walking distance, and it is very difficult to arrive at Salita San Rocco.
I won’t suggest if you have kids with Stroller.
