View of the ocean from living room - a real plus. Plenty of cooking utensils. Handicapped facility and parking if needed. Walking distance to the beach areas. Quiet. Nice community. Not touristy or carnival-ish. Just beach and surf loving visitors. Great location and could hear the surf at night - nice. Family oriented but folks of all ages were there. Comfortable bed and bedding. Felt safe and had a nice time. Some games available and it was clean.
No beach chairs to use, no beach towel to use, no umbrella to use. It’s ok if you’re driving here but if you are flying, a beach chair and some beach “stuff” to borrow seems appropriate, especially since so many other things were provided like kitchen utensils and nice sofa and TV. No A/C but a fan was provided which was ok for the month of March.

nice location. roomy.
the shower head is low. apparently we were staying in a handicapped room. it would have been nice to know in advance. The bed is uncomfortable and the pillows are so thin.
It was NOT worth the 1400 for 3 nights.
