Our apartment with swimming pool, just a few minutes from the sea, is located in a residential area of our city. Consisting of three bedrooms: one double, one twin and one twin attic room with bathroom. Eat-in kitchen and two terraces.
Thanks to this location our guests will be able to enjoy a pleasant tranquility aimed at a full and peaceful relaxation without, however, leaving out the convenience of being able to reach the center by bike in just 5 minutes thanks to the adjacent cycle path.
- Just 200 meters away is the "PAM SHOPPING CENTER", equipped with every service necessary for your stay (Bar / Tobacconist; Newsstand; Hairdresser; Groceries etc ...).
- Near the property, less than 1 km. , one of the largest racecourses in Europe is located, "L'IPPODROMO DEI PINI" where, mainly in the summer months, it is possible to enjoy the numerous exhibitions and horse races organized at the same.
- For the younger ones, just 3 minutes away, there is the large water park "ACQUA PARK" where at sunset, in the summer months, it changes its clothes in an outdoor disco full of young people who come from all over Tuscany the c. d "ACQUA VILLAGE - BALUBA" not to mention the well-known TARTANA historical disco of the place with which the Municipality of Follonica provides a free shuttle service until late at night.
