About this apartment rental
“Casa Laura Follonica” is extremely comfortable and located 200 meters from the sea in a splendid position in the city center, adjacent to Corso Roma, the main street of Follonica.
One double bedroom with a romantic four-poster bed, one children's bedroom with two beds + one pull-out bed, and a double sofa bed in the living room (with a terrace overlooking the square-garden equipped with curtains and a small table with two chairs), a kitchen. Two satellite TVs with DVD players, one bathroom with a hydromassage shower (0.90x0.70), hairdryer, vacuum cleaner.
Fully equipped kitchen: 4 burners, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, ironing board and iron (terrace with awning and outdoor drain in the kitchen), microwave, kettle, mixer, deep fryer, toaster, moka coffee maker, American coffee machine, Lavazza espresso machine.
Independent heating, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, safe.
Follonica is a lively coastal town, offering all kinds of fun and entertainment for adults and children (large playground, water park, all kinds of water sports, racecourse, golf course and mini golf, tennis, and all kinds of evening entertainment).
It overlooks the most beautiful gulf in Tuscany, opposite the Island of Elba between Punta Ala and Piombino.
The sea is calm and peaceful, shallow and crystal clear, ideal for small children and for playing on the beach. There are private beaches and equipped bathing establishments, and the sand is white. To the left, the gulf ends with rocky beaches, coves, inlets, and the famous “Cala Violina” beach.
The railway (where all the main trains stop) connects Follonica to various Italian tourist destinations.
Guests of Casa Laura Follonica are invited to spend a day as my guests in the swimming pools and spa of Casa Conti di Sotto.

Beautifully appointed apartment situated in the heart of Follonica perfectly placed in a lovely palm filled square, only minutes walk from the beach, shops, restaurants and the station. The owner has gone to a great deal of trouble to ensure that the apartment will provide the perfect home from home, everything is fresh and clean and well looked after and the views from the fourth floor rooms over the rooftops to the mountains beyond are wonderful.
The kitchen is well equipped and we took full advantage of the wealth of local fresh produce, there was quite a glut of porcini during our stay and coming from England this was a rare treat for foodies!
I cannot praise highly enough the care and attention that the owner lavishes on her guests, her customer care skills are second to none and from the moment I first enquired about the apartment she filled me with confidence that we would have a memorable holiday... we were not disappointed!
I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone and I am very much looking forward to my return to Casa Laura in the future.

Really kind and helpful landlady, it has been our third vacation in this apartment and wenn will return for sure. Everytime it's again wonderful experience in the southern part of the tuscany. The beach, sea and downtown of Follonica is reachable within a five-minute-walk. After all, a vacation to enjoy.

Very cosy adn nice. Big enough, good choice for the family with kids!
We travel a lot and always stay at the aparts in different countries, but Laura's apart is defintly the best!
Hope to come back soon again!

Very good location, clean and very well equipped apartament. Close to a free parking (2 min.walk) and the beach (5 min walk) and shops around.
Important: very, very nice and helpful owner-lady.
One negative thing: neighbour below is "difficult" and obviously doesn't like children...
