Sehr zentral in Auxerre gelegen. Großzügiges Zimmer mit separatem modernen Bad. Stadt ist in 2 min zu Fuß zu erlaufen. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz am Haus ist sehr gut. Sehr gute Boulangerie ist 3 min in der Fußgängerzone. Für den Preis ist es ok, jedoch nix besonderes...
Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, im Treppenhaus sollte der Teppich erneuert werden. Leider lässt die Küchenausstattung Wünsche offen, es gibt keine Brotsäge, wie soll man da ein Baguette schneiden??? Bett ist typisch französisch klein, Matratze könnte erneuert werden...

Grand loft confortable, propre et bien équipé pour un séjour agréable. Conforme aux photos et descriptifs. Bon emplacement en centre ville. Pas de contact direct avec le propriétaire, mais bonne communication par mail.
Les deux étages d'escaliers (pas d'ascenseur), pas faciles pour des personnes âgées ! A l'arrivée, il faut se garer dans la rue pour aller chercher la télécommande de la grille dans l'appartement. Idem au départ. Il y aurait peut-être un moyen plus facile en utilisant les boîtes aux lettres du rez de chaussée ?

Excellent location, nice apartment, well accommodated in an atmospheric old building.
On entry there was a strong moldy smell that did not disappear despite airing the place thoroughly. Too bad, everything else was very nice.
