Great host, location and amenities; too bad for the smell….

Excellent location, nice apartment, well accommodated in an atmospheric old building.

On entry there was a strong moldy smell that did not disappear despite airing the place thoroughly. Too bad, everything else was very nice.

Everything only one small thing the WiFi code was about 30 digits, you know you change this?? Not a problem for me with the QR code but may be for others!!

Good location and air conditioning. Roomy and quite apartment. Good coffee machine.

A little strange smell from the wooden beams most probably, but that did not bother us that much

Better information needed prior to booking

Apartment was nice

We did not know it was 2nd floor with no lift. I have use crutches to get around as waiting for a knee replacement and there were nearly 50 steps for street level to the front door of the apartment

Awesome Auxerre

Plenty of space and character. It is right on the edge of the old town and a couple of minutes walk to everything. No need to use the car. Plenty of free parking in the vicinity.

The spiral staircase is tough with luggage.

Für kurzen Aufenthalt inmitten Auxerre geeignet

Sehr zentral in Auxerre gelegen. Großzügiges Zimmer mit separatem modernen Bad. Stadt ist in 2 min zu Fuß zu erlaufen. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz am Haus ist sehr gut. Sehr gute Boulangerie ist 3 min in der Fußgängerzone. Für den Preis ist es ok, jedoch nix besonderes...

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, im Treppenhaus sollte der Teppich erneuert werden. Leider lässt die Küchenausstattung Wünsche offen, es gibt keine Brotsäge, wie soll man da ein Baguette schneiden??? Bett ist typisch französisch klein, Matratze könnte erneuert werden...

Un loft très sympa.

Grand loft confortable, propre et bien équipé pour un séjour agréable. Conforme aux photos et descriptifs. Bon emplacement en centre ville. Pas de contact direct avec le propriétaire, mais bonne communication par mail.

Les deux étages d'escaliers (pas d'ascenseur), pas faciles pour des personnes âgées ! A l'arrivée, il faut se garer dans la rue pour aller chercher la télécommande de la grille dans l'appartement. Idem au départ. Il y aurait peut-être un moyen plus facile en utilisant les boîtes aux lettres du rez de chaussée ?

WE très agréable grâce à ce bel appartement

Très grand studio spacieux, confortable et bien agencé. Très bien situé en ville, calme et non bruyant, un emplacement parking privé non négligeable et Vincent est disponible pour répondre à nos interrogations ☺️ Je recommande à 200%
