On the first floor, there is a large living area, a dining table, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a laundry room.
A unique staircase leads to the bathroom, a separate toilet, and the first bedroom.
Another staircase leads to two additional bedrooms.
The house is located in the heart of a wine-growing village, where there are many wineries to visit.
Just a short walk from the house, you’ll find a bakery; 20 meters away, a small grocery store and a butcher shop; and a little further into the village is the pharmacy.
The village is very quiet and is located very close to Auxerre (a 10-minute drive) and Chablis, with its famous Sunday morning market (20 minutes away).
There are many walking trails to explore among the vineyards and along the rivers.
