Not so much didn't like ,but tv signal very patchy ,but we watched everything through I player which seemed to solve the problem

Disappointing and left 10 days early due to all the issues with the place .

Nothing

We was told on enquiring whether any building work was taking place next door and the host reply was ‘that there was no building work going on next door’ but there was and the men on the scaffolding could look straight into the windows so curtains had to be kept close . This shut off the lovely sea view which was the only good thing about this apartment. In fact there is building work either side of the property.Along with the noise from their tools and radio full blast it was not relaxing . Was not clean and the furniture is old and needs replacing as the seating sags to the floor almost ! The tv constantly changed Chanel’s or turned itself off. Main water pipe outside caused the water to go off so no water for over 12 hours . Now we know this is not the host fault . What we do know is that this is a regular occurrence with the water and road being dug up right outside flat . It happens at least once a month ,we witnessed it twice and locals have informed us that it is a regular occurrence and often have no water. We had paid for 14 days but left after 5 and ended up paying for another place to stay . We did make contact stating why we had left but got no response at all .

A room with a view.

What a wonderful flat, amazing view looking towards Anglesey and Puffin island. It's a very spacious, clean,well presented flat. It has everything that you need, it's just like home. In fact it felt a bit like home but with better views. The cost was excellent. We can highly recommend a visit there. Many thanks to the owners. Yours sincerely. Dave and Diane..

Exceptional

What a warm, welcoming, clean and tidy apartment. Amazing sea views, great location for exploring North Wales, the A55 was less than a mile away and just a short trip to Conwy, Llandudno, Bangor - the castle here was brilliant - and also Caernarfon. We had a lovely week. The welcome pack far exceeded our expectations, would definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you so much for an awesome holiday.

Wonderful place! Wonderful stay ! Scenery was spectacular! Snowdonia was extremely and extraordinarily beautiful ! The best visit I had in UK up to now ! Llys Madoc was very comfortable!

Exceptional

Cosy and clean apartment. We really enjoyed its lovely location right next to the beach and close to public transport as well as shops and restaurants. Great views, nice walks nearby and a lovely owner.

Value for money.

A warm, comfortable, clean and spacious flat in a convenient location. A tray of complementary niceties on arrival was appreciated. Wifi and TV reception are good. Lovely views over the sea, Anglesey and Puffin Island.

There's no double-glazing and traffic noise from the busy A55 is constant, although the bedroom, at the back, is quiet at night. The kitchen is acceptable, but in need of upgrading. Taps awkward. Gas oven doesn't reach full heat. Possibly my biggest gripe is eating off glass plates and bowls! Had I found a charity shop sooner, I'd have bought some crockery and decent cutlery for use during my stay. The property is currently (Oct 2021) in the middle of two building developments, one of which makes access to the single parking spot a little tricky. There's a steep rough slope down and very little room for turning. Double-yellows are on the road.
