Lovely apartment with beautiful views and a great pool, just a small note on cleanliness for next time.

We stayed in this apartment for 3 days. It’s a beautiful place with a stunning pool and an amazing view. The kitchen is modern and nicely designed.

What we liked less was the cleanliness, this could be improved next time. The bedroom also had a musty smell, which should be addressed. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you!

Would NEVER come back and DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Only the swimming pool, but just that is not worth such a hassle.

For those who do not like reading reviews, I’ll just say it now: do NOT stay here - we did not like it and would NEVER come back. There's no allocated parking, the wifi in the room doesn't work, there's no hot water, the TV doesn't work, there's no bay view from your room - even if mentioned in the listing and no cleanliness to the apartment. And the worst customer relations from the hosts you'll ever experience. - We texted several times to ask if it was ok to enter the apartment after 6pm (the check-in time was up to 6pm, due to reception staff leaving at this time). We were in another country and had to go the emergency hospital to take our son, which we explained to them). They read the messages and only replied after hours of us chasing them for an answer; - The Wifi does not work in the room. I spoke to other guests and their wifi did not work either; - Cold water in the shower. There was no hot water; - The TV is a decoy, only there for decoration. It did not work at all. The remote control was completely broken and none of the buttons wouldn’t work. It was impossible to get any channels. It was just a broken TV. The listing said “satelite channels”: this is absolutely not true. When we asked the manager company who look after the apartment, they would either simply NOT reply or blame the owner, saying they could not reach him. If that’s true, they are both to blame; - Cuttlery, pots and pans were dirty; - Towels in the bathroom were covered in hair from the previous guests; - The balcony advertised in the listing is down as a BAY VIEW: there’s no bay view! Just a big mountain, not a single view of water. See pictures attached; - There’s NO reception; - Listing lies saying there’s PRIVATE PARKING NEARBY. When we asked him/her about this, after LONG HOURS of wait, they said that there’s no parking available, just public parking, listing is completely misleading; - Customer service is not just bad - it does not exist.

1. We were told before the booking that pool was functional 24*7. On arrival, we went to see the pool and the water was literally black and it looked like the pool has not been clean since ages. 2. Some of the basic stuff was not working. To start with :- > Toilet flush was not working at all. We had to literally use a bucket instead. We sent so many messages but there was no response from the property owner. Neither any one was available at the reception. > Wifi was so bad that we were not able to send a message on wats app. > No AC in the bedroom > We continued asking about the parking facility but never got any response. In the end we had to park at an unsafe place. > The property was quite uphill and the approach was through a very narrow path. Getting a car there was a task. > The property owner/manager was not responsive. When we complained regarding all of the above, they simply said that they are happy to shorten our stay. This is possibly the most inhumane response anyone can send, especially for someone who is in the hospitality business. Me and my wife were there on a vacation. Due to this stay, we had a terrible experience and would not recommend this property at all.

Хочу застерегти вас щоб ви не зв'язувалися з цим помешканням! Все перебування було суцільною проблемою. В додатку букінгу вони просто не відповідають. У вотсапі може пощастить і ти до них дозвонишся і тоді отримаєш якусь інформацію, але не завжди! Все почалося як ми приїхали на локацію. На території немає практично світла, все зачинено, пусто. Куди йти - незрозуміло. Пишемо їм - відповіді немає. Дзвонимо- "ми надішлемо все у вотсап". Надсилають повідомлення просто з номером апартаментів і кодом. Нагадую, що сутеніло і нічого не видно. Дзвоню і питаю може є фото цих апартаментів чи маршрут можуть пояснити, у відповідь: "Шукайте по дверях ходіть" 🤷‍♀️ Далі діалог: Де можна паркуватися? - Знайдіть з вашим номером місце -Але тут немає такого номеру -нууу, напевно тоді можна стати на чиєсь інше місце Далі вони просто перестали відповідати на повідомлення у вотсап, і дзвонити їм в мене вже не було сил, бо відчуття, наче тобі роблять послугу, а не виконують свою роботу. Заселилися: вай фай не було взагалі, бойлер було вимкнено, тож ми самі шукали як його ввімкнути і чекали поки нагріється вода. На стінах павутина, ржава урна в туалеті, а верхнє світло просто не працює, і балкон заріс бур'яном, а вказаного виду на затоку немає. На ранок сюрприз - ванну затопило водою, бо через високий тиск в системі з бойлеру з клапану скиду тиску просто лилася вода. Звісно нам знову ніхто не відповідав, ми тим часом перкрили воду, вимочили рушниками підлогу, відкрили інші крани, щоб зменшити тиск і стабілізували ситуацію. Потім пішли шукати когось на території. На диво Рецепція була відкрита. І там навіть була жінка,але вона була в стані сильного алкогольного сп'яніння 🤯 Але нам так і не відповідали в меседжері і ми мали їхати, тому залишили ключі від номеру на Рецепції, щоб вони могли полагодити все і прибрати. Через деякий час нам таки відписали і повідомили, що все ок, і що ключі на Рецепції.

VUE SUR MER mensongère ...plutôt un balcon avec des mauvaises herbes pas entretenu ... TV qui ne fonctionne pas et aucune réponse malgré ma demande via booking

- Appartement indiqué vue mer sans vue mer (numéro D2.2) - Pas d’accueil à l’arrivée et pas d’instruction concernant l’obligation de déclaration auprès de l’administration. - Absence de wifi fonctionnelle (instructions relatives à la wifi en chambre incorrectes) - Manque d’équipements pour faire le ménage (pas de balai et aspirateur peu fonctionnel) - Absence de lumière sur la terrasse extérieure. - Absence d’entretien de l’espace vert sur la terrasse.

N’y aller que pour la piscine et sa vue

La vue depuis la piscine est superbe et fait tout le charme de l’établissement.

Malgré des instructions reçues par message avant l’arrivée, il nous manquait des informations pour accéder au logement tel que l’emplacement de parking, le code d’ouverture de la boîte contenant la clé et le lieu exact de l’appartement. Personne n’était à la réception pour le check in ou pour nous donner les informations manquantes. Après avoir visité plusieurs bâtiments nous avons fini par trouver le bon mais nous avons dû appeler le numéro de téléphone fourni pour avoir le code du boîtier. Pour le checkout rebelote - nous avons dû appeler plusieurs fois pour obtenir les bons codes afin de rendre la clé de manière sécurisée. L’appartement est spacieux mais il n’y avait qu’un drap pour le canapé lit - il fallait donc choisir entre la protection du canapé ou se couvrir. La climatisation ne fonctionnait qu’en mode fan - heureusement qu’il ne faisait pas trop chaud.

Totul a fost minunat locatia aproape de plaja,piscina superba apartamentul utilat si spatios .Nu ne-a deranjat nimeni instalarea simpla si fara timp de asteptare.O sa revenim cu siguranta

Nu este nimic despre care sa spun ca nu mi-a placut.Poate infrastuctura din zona dar probabil pana anul viitor o sa se rezolve caci am vazut ca era deja in lucru.Un drum de 30 km pana la Budva a durat 2 ore

Prachtige locatie!

Het uitzicht vanaf het zwembad was geweldig! Een paar restaurants en supermarkt op 5 minuten afstand. Bij het zwembad goede WIFI. Appartement voorzien van alle basics die je nodig hebt.

Helaas was de WIFI in het appartement erg slecht (zelden bereik daar). Daarnaast rook het muf in de slaapkamer door zwarte schimmel op de vloer bij de deur. Dit is heel slecht voor de gezondheid. Tot slot waren alle borden, bekers en bestek bij aankomst erg vies. Etensrestjes in de kastjes. In de mail was niet aangegeven waar we konden inchecken (werd verwezen naar de receptie, maar daar hebben we ons hele verblijf niemand gezien). Lang in de hitte staan wachten, na bellen met beheerder de juiste info gekregen. Communicatie kon beter.

Oke voor enkele dagen wanneer je niet gesteld bent op al te veel comfort

We hebben genoten van het prachtige uitzicht aan het zwembad. Bovendien ben je snel in Perast, Tivat en Kotor. Goede uitvalsbasis wanneer je deze plaatsen wil bezoeken.

De appartementen zelf zijn niet zo verzorgd. Heel veel apparatuur alsook wifi werkte niet bij ons, het tuintje aan het terras (D2.3) is niet onderhouden waardoor het slordig oogt en het absoluut niet aanspreekt om buiten te zitten. Lakens en handdoeken zijn ook wel eens aan vernieuwing toe. Met een beetje meer oog voor deze zaken zouden het aangename vakantieverblijven kunnen zijn.
