About this apartment rental
The apartment benefits from being in close proximity to the Lazure Marina and Beach Resort and offers everything needed for a perfect holiday. Suitable for a couple or family with 1 child. The accommodation comprises of 2 rooms and a bathroom.
One large room with king-size bed and a two-seater sofa bed, with French doors opening to a balcony with sea view.
A separate, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs.
Bathroom with bath and shower over and a washing machine.
Also, private entrance with fenced Terrace, and South facing Balcony with that all-important sea view. Both, the balcony and terrace, are furnished. Situated on the 1st floor of a house and includes; Free Parking for a small car, Free Wi-Fi, Flat-screen TV, and Air Condition unit. Bed linen, hand&bath&kitchen towels, iron, hairdryer, pots&pans, cups, glasses&cutlery, liquid soap and washing up liquid provided. The Beach, Bus stop, Supermarkets, and Restaurants are 5 min walk away. Doctors and hospital nearby. Depending on the length of stay, the apartment will be cleaned and bed linen and towels changed every 7-10 days.
Please note: There us a small hill on the approach to the apartment and as such it may not be suitable for people with mobility problems.
Important: An additional fee of €1.20 per person, per night is due in cash on arrival, payable to the local authority.
