Checkin was so easy. We had a nice spacious room. Great and not too busy area, waking up to birds singing. Always spot available to park the car, in front of the house or around the corner. Definitely value for money

The price paid in the low season is very good value for money. Very quiet area. Excellent mattress. Very clean room. The bottle of water, kettle jug, coffee and tea were much appreciated. The common area is very well kept. There is a small fridge in the room and a full size fridge in the kitchenette area. In front of the Guest house there is a garden with benches, ideal for a quiet read.
Would have loved a bigger bath towel and the use of refillable shower gels and other toiletries rather than the small single-use plastic bottles. An extra pair of pillows with pillow cases would have been appreciated. Also, the possibility to find TV channels in English and Italian.

The location was great, and I instantly found parking in that area. The bed was super comfy and I was happy to see that we had a minifridge, a very comfortable bathroom and everything properly provided.
I was bothered that the TV wasn't working, and I was talking to someone for help on the app. But then they stopped talking to me and they never helped us fix the TV problem. I found that unprofessional personally.
The house can be quite noisy at times, but I do understand since there are multiple people entering and leaving that it makes sense. It did also say that the room is soundproof, but it wasn't really. (That being said the stay was nice, I just want to leave these comments for your attention and benefit)
