Le studio était plutôt bien équipé, la clientèle jeune et le personnel sympathique même si personne ne parle le français

Que le personnel puisse s'adapter à la langue des voyageurs notamment le français. Par contre, j'ai quitté le Campus jeudi matin et je n'ai toujours pas eu le remboursement de ma caution, j'espère que ce remboursement va intervenir rapidement !

Modern student accommodation in a convenient location. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the facilities were good. Check-in and check-out were easy, and overall the stay was pleasant.

The biggest issue was that on the evening before my departure, an extra bed was placed in my single room without any prior notice or explanation. I had booked and paid for a single room, so this was unexpected and reduced the available space. The night staff could not help because housekeeping was unavailable, and the receptionist the next morning was not even aware that this had happened. The lack of communication between staff was disappointing.
