Beautiful home. Well maintained and heaps of room for a tiny home. Awesome location and central to everything, walking distance. Tino ataahua to kainga. He mīharo hoki.

Just the driveway was a bit narrow. But me being on a 4wd truck didn't help. Maybe i need driving lessons lols.

Great location. Perfect for AIMS games! and close to Bayfair Shopping Centre.

Very little we didn’t like the only thing I would mention for future reference is to have toilet paper available at least a couple rolls! There was one roll and quickly runs out with a family staying 😬

Not enough information given about TV connections need to be a technical savvy to get even basic TV but got there in the end. The biggie the place was not clean enough, finger marks on TV screen, dust on TV and table at back, lounge chairs dirty between slats at floor level, under chairs only been cleaned halfway back. Main bedroom, bed lamps touch control sticky and dusty. Kitchen, stove top greasy, and the roasting dish greasy on bottom and old burnt grease halfway down inside, no need for this as it is good quality SS oven dish and needs a good clean, the photo is after I cleaned bottom. Key for back door top lock not any were needed to get a breeze going in house really hot little bach.
