The both pools, both sauna (dry and wet), and the hot tub, where excellent!
Great restaurant. Delicios breakfast as well as the dinner.
The gym was 1/10, with a single working treadmil. and couple 12.5kg and ligher dumbels.
Smith machine was broken.
Ping-pong had only a table, darts had only the board (no darts).
Also, the bathroom door handle dismantled and wasn't fixed for two days by staff although we reported it right away.

Schöne Gartenanlage
Moderne, saubere Zimmer
Restaurant hatte am späteren Abend noch für die wenigen Hotelgäste geöffnet
Leckeres Abendessen

This is a big, modern, holiday complex, bungalows and rooms, with a wide view over rural bulgarien landscape. It comes with all amenities, indoor and outdoor (infinity) pool, spa, restaurant.
We had a modern, rather small, double with balcony looking out over the valley.
The menu is average, the staff very friendly and helpfull.
Our room was next to the reception and close to the restaurant, what could be heard.
They started vacuuming in front of our door at 8:00 in the morning.
The breakfast was bland and of rather low quality.
For getting in and out by car you need to dial a long number and wait, wihout response, for the gate to open. Why can this not be done by code to scan or sign detection?
