Ubytování je zajištěno v přízemních apartmánech s přilehlým parkováním zdarma, takže je vhodné i pro vozíčkáře, či lidi s pohybovým handicapem. Personál velice vstřícný, komunikativní i přesto, že komunikace probíhala elektronicky a předávka klíčů je pomocí přístupového kódu, což nám naopak plně vyhovovalo. Přivítali jsme možnost uskladnění jízdního kola. Obchod s potravinami je vzdálený pouhých 5 minut od ubytování. V noci byl klid, postele dostatečně pohodlné. Možnost posezení venku před apartmánem.
Vařič a další vybavení kuchyňky pro vaření je na vyžádání hosta, my ho však nepotřebovali. Ubytování není přímo u hlavní kolonády, nicméně na kolonádu lze dojít v pohodě pěšky.

Nur Unterkunft. Parkplätze vor der Unterkunft vorhanden. Großes Fenster. Kleiner Tisch mit zwei Stühlen vor jeder Unterkunft laden zum verweilen in der Nachmittagssonne ein. Eine aus Deutschland bekannter Discounter ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Gute Massage im Gebäude nebenan.
Wir wollten uns kein Frühstück selbst zubereiten. Aber es ist in Franzensbad offensichtlich nicht ganz einfach auswärts Frühstück zu bekommen.
