Very good central location, clean and modern. Reserved paid on-street parking.

The apartment is only good for 1-2 people. It was too small for our family of 4.

Super easy online check-in, clean apartment, right in the center of Františkovy Lázně with parking availability (extra paid).

Not a complaiment really, just a note - the pictures of the room are very well done and the rooms look slightly bigger than the reality.

Great facility at a very good price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very functional and comfortable.

No notable downsides re the hotel. The town was very quiet, even given that it was out of season. But still a great spot to recover from jet lag.

The room was very well furnished with many amenities such as a coffee machine, toaster, city map, and earplugs. Support people were responsive and helpful. I also like they were trying to contact me to find out why I left a 6/10 review.

I didn't receive any information about my booking beyond the booking.com confirmation and some mail to register into some external system. I spend around 20 minutes freezing outside the building because you need a PIN code to get inside. (they don't have a physical receptionist on-site). Initially, I thought it was a PIN code from booking.com and then another PIN code appeared in the app I registered in, and neither of them was the right one. Then I need to call online reception and got it from them. I know, I could have called reception right at the beginning, but I'm not particularly eager to bother someone until I'm convinced it's really not my fault. I needed to call reception again once I realized I don't know the room number. The whole situation happened because I was supposed to receive information on my Whatsapp, which I didn't (I was checking 3 times and run through settings to whether I wasn't blocking anything...}. What would really help in the future is to actually make instructions more clear. To clearly define what kind of pin code it actually is (not the one from booking.com) and when you can find it (not in the app or booking, but in the message). Maybe just send it via multiple channels, I don't understand why I could not have it also in the email or message from booking.com. Also, I don't like I was offered "a bribe" - a 2-night stay if I delete this review. I don't find such behavior ethical and fair to other guests.
