Place fantastic, owner fantastic, managing German company - disaster

The place is very well located, super nice views, close to everything but a car (winter tires) is necessary, otherwise it can get far. Very good value, shoe drier was super useful, the owners were clearing the parking lot from snow, which saved us. The keys handout was very easy and we were getting maximum flexibility to arrive and leave. Thank you very much Julia, you made the stay amazing!

The only question I have is about the utility of the German based managing group, where through booking are working some quite unpleasant colleagues, sending all messages in German, whereas I asked several times to communicate in English, then they would “politely” just tell you “use google translate if you have trouble reading” (sorry what?!..) Not mentioning the tons of useless / repeating messages sent via the platform, it’s a total chaos, please relax…
