Clean, spacious and comfortable. Wonderfull hosts and the balcony is great. After every day skiing we sat outside to watch the scenery and sunset. Great place to relax. Beds were good (always important) and the bathroom luxureous and complete.
Kitchen and livingroom were fully equiped. The fact that the house is a bit off the main road makes it a nice and quiet space. No traffic noise whatsoever, great!
The lights in the living room were a bit too bright. Would have been nice if it were dimmable. Also, although the apartment offered everything needed for a comfortable stay, it could benefit from some decoration to make it a bit more cozy

Apartment was amazing - very clean, spacious, rooms even bigger than on pictures. Everything was newly furnished. Kitchen had everything a family needs, all dishes and apliances, even some basics like tea, coffee capsules, sugar, salt, tablets for dishwashe, soap and sponge.. Bed matress was firm and comfortable, as well as the sofa in the livingroom. Apartment is very warm, with long radiators in every room, which is great for drying all gloves and head bandanas from skiing. Julia is super nice host, handled all our requests immediately. On -1 level there are ski shoes warmers and place to leave skiis.
Location is a bit outside of the city, by a road that goes below the height if the main road, but we were moving everywhere by car so it did not matter to us. Surroundings of the apartment are nice with the view to the hills and a small stream.
On the ground floor of the house there is Mr. Kosner’s carpentry workshop, so sounds from the workshop can sometimes be heard, but this does not happen every day and usually ends by 5 p.m.

The place is very well located, super nice views, close to everything but a car (winter tires) is necessary, otherwise it can get far.
Very good value, shoe drier was super useful, the owners were clearing the parking lot from snow, which saved us. The keys handout was very easy and we were getting maximum flexibility to arrive and leave. Thank you very much Julia, you made the stay amazing!
The only question I have is about the utility of the German based managing group, where through booking are working some quite unpleasant colleagues, sending all messages in German, whereas I asked several times to communicate in English, then they would “politely” just tell you “use google translate if you have trouble reading” (sorry what?!..)
Not mentioning the tons of useless / repeating messages sent via the platform, it’s a total chaos, please relax…
