Very good

Lovely little apartment which we would happily go back to. Warm and comfortable with parking, ski storage and boot warmers in the garage below. Cooking on 2 gas burners a bit limited but ok. Short walk to Leo ski hire (15% discount). Ski bus stop is next to the shop ( you can take the button tow up to the shop if it is running)- bus goes every 10 mins to Col Reiser ( our favourite run was red No2 from the top there down to Ortisei and the mountain hut with outdoor fire near the bottom). To get into the main skiing of Sella Ronda you either go to Col Reiser but take the underground link to Sochers/Ciampinoi OR get the ski bus 352 ( from the roundabout below) to Selva/Wolkenstein. Either way is a bit of a faff, but you can get to the cafe at the top of Campinoi by 9.30 and start the Sella Ronda in either direction, from there. The woman looking after the apartments ( Machner?) is in the appt next door and is very helpful and speaks pretty good English.

You leave the main road (where you cross the little bridge) and then there is quite a steep drive of 100m or so to get to the appt. Our hire car didn't have snow tyres (only chains). Happily the road was snow/ice free when we drove up. You wouldn't want to drive the car up and down regularly however, so stock up on provisions en route. We did one walk down to the Spar and carried bags back and then found there was a nearer supermarket underneath one of the big sports shops on the roundabout just below the appt. The piste map is now aweful as they have removed piste numbers from the map and few of the signposts on the mountain correspond with the map - the MyDolomiti app is better but not perfect. The walk across Ortisei to get to the lift up to explore SeiserAlm/Alp di Siusi is a major pain! There are no signs at the bottom of any of the Ortisei lifts explaining anything about ski buses ( you have to walk to the middle of town!) but none of this is the fault of the apartment Praruf!

Sensationelle Lage mit Bergpanorama.

Die Betten knarschen bei jeder Bewegung. Für den Preis hätten wir uns eine bessere Badausstattung gewünscht. Statt Badewanne mit Brause eine Dusche und eine höhere Toilette.
