Logement acceptable mais dans un immeuble insalubre.
La situation géographique est idéale, facile d'accès en métro depuis la gare, proche des musées et des grands magasins. beaucoup de restaurants autour.
en premier lieu l'arrivée, on m'a demandé de prévenir 30min a l'avance de mon arrivée, j'ai pris la peine de prévenir 1h a l'avance et même de partager ma position géographique par whatsapp pour être sure que tout se passe bien. Quand je suis arrivée sur place, il n'y avait personne, et le numero fourni ne répondait pas, j'ai du insister pendant pres de 5minutes avant que l'on me réponde pour me dire qu'il fallait attendre encore 20 minutes car ils avaient mal évalué leur temps de déplacement. Ceci dans le froid et sous la pluie, avec 4 enfants.. en second lieu les communs, l'appartement est situé dans un immeuble crasseux et délabré, accueillant un restaurant asiatique au rez mais les cuisine dans son sous-sol, ce qui rend l'odeur irrespirable, il faut se depecher de monter a l'étage et de vite refermer la porte pour que l'odeur ne penètre pas dans l'appartement. ensuite, l'appartement est en bon état général quand on regarde vite fait, mais apres quelques minutes, on s'aperçoit qu'il y a eu des degats des eaux partout, les plafonds sont gonflés et décrépis par endroit, il y a des traces de coulées d'eau sur toutes les peintures des murs, les joints sont moisis dans la salle de bain.. Enfin, nous n'avons surement pas eu de chance cette nuit la mais les voisins semblaient bouger leur meubles durant toute la nuit au dessus de nos tetes. Une remise en état me semble nécessaire, et ceci pour les communs insalubres également.
