It truly is a wonderful view. The apartment is simply but comfortably furnished., there is a bus stop a short walk from the apartment to take a bus to Nice. Monte Carlo is an easy and pleasant walk from the apartment. The host Jean Philippe is worth a 5* rating alone. Our flight was delayed and we only arrived at the apartment in the early hours of the morning, he was waiting to let us in and show us around.
Just the shower not attached to the wall (not an issue but worth mentioning).

Excellent location very close to the sea and Monaco. The apartment is at the top floor has parking which means that it combines comfort and great view-it worth drink your coffee with view in the balcony. It has iron coffee machine and hairdryer and also equipment for the beach. Owner is very helpful and flexible and will make your stay even better.

The location and the view.
Not enough towels in the bathroom, and the pillows of the bedroom were not comfortable.

The view from the flat is amazing but …
Very important point if you are with big luggages , as was our case there is a long way from parking to make - plus there is no elevator from ground floor , just from the 2 bd floor And secondly there is no aircon, just the fan but it is a bit loud, so I couldn’t sleep well and my sister got sick from the blow …
