Great stay on the Cote d'Azur

The view is spectacular, the location is great too - only 5 min walk to the beach. The flat had everything we needed and Jean Philippe is a great host, he was very helpful throughout.

Our stay coincided with a heatwave, and there is no air conditioning in the flat, only a fan. If you get normal weather, the fan is more than enough though!

An extraordinary apartment with a sea view

The location is superb, the price is right, very close to Monaco. The experience was very pleasant, Jean Philippe is an excellent host. We will definitely be back.

Lovely location, just needs some time and money spent on the property to make it satisfactory.

The owner was so helpful and provided recommendations. It was in a great location, just a short walk to Monte Carlo.

Sunrise

The view is so incredibly beautiful that you would love to be there every day. Waking up with the sunrise every morning was like a gift from heaven. The apartment is in a great area, very close to Monaco and the beach.

The apartment itself needs some love and care as there were a few things missing and the bathroom is very dated. The kitchen doesn't have a lot of appliances. But none of that seems to matter because of the amazing view.

The view and the location are perfect

The pearl of the apartment is the view! That’s what you are really paying for . The apartment in specious . There is a private parking . Very close to Monaco , you can go by foot . The beach is right under the building .

I was completely disappointed that there was no shower head holder on the wall. I saw it on the pictures , but it was broken and now you have to be tricky to wash yourself . For me it’s important to have a possibility to take a shower . And I felt like I was camping . The apartment didn’t see any renovation for years . The bathroom and the kitchen are shabby . And there is the feeling that you are visiting smb’s apartment.

Location and view was amazing! Great value for money. Bonus, there's parking available on-site. Quick walk into Monaco. Owner is very kind!

Wish it felt more like an Airbnb rather than staying at someone's house. i.e. no family photos, white bedsheets etc. Keep in mind you must message 45 mins before to meet on the property for the key

We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to other travellers.

The views from this property are amazing. Monaco is very expensive so this apartment right on the border is a great option. The secure parking is a plus too. The bed was very comfortable and you can lye and look out at the sea. Jean the owner greeted us and gave us instructions which was very helpful.

It was a beautiful location, simple but nice apartment.

It was very simple and had a beautiful view. It was close to a bakery and supermarket wich was nice to have breakfast with a view. In the apartment you have everything you need so you won’t need to bring essentials, the owner gives you shampoo, soap, cooking essentials and towels. The owner spoke good English and was ver friendly.

I’d wish that the shower had a place to hang the shower head. And maby a second ventilator in the summer.

Perfect place to stay, the host is very friendly and nice, the appartment has stunning view and perfect location. 3 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from Monaco, very safe area surrounded by villas and free secured parking. I can highly recommend this place to stay.

Magnificent view

Apartement with a magnificent view. We had a very comfortabel stay here, as the apartement was very good equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise every morning from the balcony and at the evening was the perfect place for having a glas of wine. The host Jean Phillipe was very friendly and the communication with him was very easy.

Obviously you rent this apartment because of the view - which is really nice. The owner is very friendly and helpful. One can see that the building and the apartment are a bit "tired" but everything is very clean. Parking is available, but do not come with a big car ;-) Fast Wifi. And great views from BOTH rooms.

Stunning views, location and atmosphere

Everything that previous visitors have said is true: the views of the sea are breathtaking. We were there to attend meetings in Monaco near the marina and it was important that it be comfortable walking distance and/or quick in a taxi. It was incredibly convenient location. Last but not least, it is roomy for two people and a quiet building which is perfect.

The most beautiful place to be when the sun comes up!

The best location ever! Beach front with a lovely view on the Monaco harbour and soccer station. Excellent Chinese Restaurant and Pizzeria 5 minutes from the location (closed on Mondays). Full kitchen with excellent coffee. The host was on time with arrival, very friendly and helpful and gave us a good tour through his apartment. Parking might be a challenge but we found a parking spot right in front of the apartment and we left the car there the next day to walk to Monaco - a 20 minute walk. Saved a lot of money with not needing to pay for parking in Monaco.

... that the bathtub did not had a plug.
