This is a must appartement/studio for two persons, just outside the too busy Monaco center.

Great location. Absolutely nice and clean. Airco, kitchen appliances, bathroom, eye for detail. Combi oven is top. Everything from cutlery and glasses to plates are available. Towels for two persons and a clean and good warm shower is available. Toilet is clean and inviting. Cleaning products and a washing machine and a dishwasher are installed and working perfectly. Great location close to Parking St.Antoine and a convenient store. The terrasse is large and an added appreciated value. The price is right, considering the location and facilities.

Not enough light in the kitchen because I couldn't get the air cleaner above the cooking area to function.

It was very easy to find and to enter. The instructions were very clear and every request was replied quickly. There is a shop nearby which is very convenient. The room and bathroom is very clean, A/C worked well. Would be very happy to come back😃

Pleasant, but fell short of expecations

The apartment was very clean, it was nice that some coffee capsules were provided. The host was very communicative and clear in her instructions to retrieve the keys, and it was very convenient to be able to go do the check-in when we wanted.

For the price of the stay, I would have appreciated some amenities in the bathroom (shampoo & soap). I thought the rules were very rigid, and there was quite a long list, something that made me feel uneasy and not necessarily very welcomed during our stay. I didn't appreciate that we had to take out our own trash and clean our dishes when there is a cleaning crew that comes after the guests' stay. I think for the price, the possible fine of 30 euros for not taking out the trash was absurd. The bed is quite small for a couple and there is only one pillow per person.

Advertisement unfortunately inaccurate

I have never in my life given a negative review on any app, for any service for any reason, before. I have never made a complaint. I hate to affect the way someone makes money negatively. But our experience overall was concerningly bad, and so, I feel I have to in order to warn others so they go into a booking like this fully aware of what it entails. -This apartment isn't even in Monaco or Monte Carlo, as advertised- it tells you it's on Boulevard Charles III which is basically central, right by Port Hercules etc. Saying it is "Portes de Monaco" which means the doors of Monaco is also misleading- it's not directly at the border even. The apartment is actually almost a fifteen minute walk on foot, over the border and in a place called C'ap D'ail/still in France and you are only informed of this after you have paid. I was only told on Weds July 31 the real address, a few days before I arrived. Truthfully, that's a scam. Even if the owner put the correct area, not even the full address, this would be more honest. You have to walk a good thirty minutes in 30 degree plus heat, up an awful lot of hills and steps (literally 100 I'd guess) to get here, carrying all your luggage, if you arrive into central Monaco by train like we did, with no pre-warning that there's no Uber and no instruction around the public elevators. The thoroughfare of getting here is over a lot of roundabouts and main roads. It's essentially a residential area in France, not a Monaco-central apartment. I highly recommend renting a car if you're going to stay here. The false address listed on Booking.com is not anywhere near the actual apartment location.Getting a taxi from Monaco to the apartment is impossible as Monaco doesn't have Uber. We tried a number of other taxi apps, they didn't work either or wanted extortionate fees i.e €40-200 for a ten min drive.

Very little to be honest. From the start of my communications with the owners I had an uneasy feeling. There was a very intimidating feeling to the communications exchanged, which made me feel very uneasy as I finally entered the property. I would suggest that this property should no longer be listed on booking.com

1. It would have been helpful if the correct address had been advertised when making the booking. By the time I received communication from the owner, I found out the property was more than a kilometre from where I had been told it was. Not a happy situation after driving for 9 hours and arriving later than planned. 2. It was stated that free parking is available in the area, which it is if you live there and/or manage to find a place by chance. I feel this is misleading and should be changed to state that ‘parking is available in nearby paid facilities’ .

Cannot fault the apartment, very convenient for where I needed to be.

Local convenience store for essentials is less than 100m from property. Apartment had everything needed for a stay longer than a week. I was travelling alone and only needed one night but it would be great for couples for any duration of stay as all white goods are there. Communication from Marion (through booking.com messaging) I have to say was very good.

Slightly harder to find, google maps on my phone didn't take into account the terrain that is Monaco and even though I eventually got to the end of the street, the apartment is out of line of sight. "What3Words" app location is "shape.coolest.dock" which puts you around the corner of Rue Jean Bono at the entrance to the apartment. Bedside lights were LED rather than mains and batteries had been used from the units elsewhere so they didn't work - not a problem as I was only staying a night and Marion would have them fixed immediately I told her I'm sure.

Value for money

A little out of town but close enough to walk. Easy to get into the unit and had everything we needed for our one night stay.

The bed did not have legs and so was extremely low. It would be very difficult to get in and out if you had any mobility issues, my husbands back is not the best so he found this hard.

The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. It was very well placed and had public transport very close by. Also, we were able to walk approx 10 mins and we were in the heart of Monaco.

bad as hell

This is my first type making a comment in booking i always rate with stars , but this bad experience forced me to do that . the property owners make a wrong address and that's make my day like hell while trying hard to search on the exact place and you can imagine the torture if i told you that i have a 25 kg bag and back bag as well , i was forced to ask people in the streets and i was near to ask police , from bus to another , 6 hours outside looking for the property till the night , if you can't put an exact address don't share your property in booking.com .

It is a well-equipped, cozy and lovely apartment in a perfect location

It is a few steps from Monaco, close to the shop and the bus stop. Clean, well-equipped small apartment, has everything you need. There is a huge cozy terrace. Marion is kind, helpful and responds quickly to messages.

Location not revealed until after booked so thought it was slightly closer to Monaco. Advertised check in time was quite late and check out time is quite early and there is nowhere to leave luggage when check out if wanting to walk around the area for the day and you are using public transport

Exactly like in the pictures. Great for staying 1-2 nights or more if you like. Very clean and towels were provided from the host. An absolute great appartement.

The host can‘t speak English but messaging over the booking app worked great. She was lovely and helped us with directions if needed. The location is not in near walking distance but reachable in just 5 min with uber or a cab.

Great studio and nice host

This a charming and modern apartment next to Monte Carlo. The terrace is amazing, we loved it. The host was kind and helped us to navigate since there was a soccer match and half of Monaco was closed.
