Peaceful location with lovely views.

Great location with lovely views. You can reach out the window and take figs from a tree in the garden. Outdoor eating area in the shade. Host provided water, oils, sweets, coffee and herbal teas. Gubbio is a 10-15 minute walk along one street. Host is next door and was very friendly and kind. Would definitely stay again.

Air conditioning would be nice. But the property has lots of windows.

Top of the hill

The apartment is situated in the house of the host on the top of the hill in between the nature. Very nice host was welcoming us. Very quite location. Gubbio is a nice town to spend half or even one day. From the house is a 5min drive to the center where you can find a big parking against payment just before the entrance in the old town.

Come a casa propria

Antonietta, la proprietaria, ci ha accolto con calore. Discreta e sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza. La posizione, in collina, è facilmente raggiungibile e permette di arrivare velocemente in centro e a tutti i servizi (vi sono diversi supermercati in zona), a soli 5 minuti di macchina, e comunque lontani dal caos cittadino. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per pranzare e cenare eventualmente a casa. Appartamento molto pulito. Se dovessimo soggiornare di nuovo a Gubbio torneremo sicuramente da Antonietta!

La signora che mi ha accolto è stata molto disponibile e molto gentile. La villetta è molto bella, pulita e in ordine. La cucina ha tutto il necessario. Stanze molto spaziose e accoglienti. Davvero un'ottima esperienza, consigliata!

Ottimo soggiorno, location molto pulita e proprietaria molto disponibile

Bella struttura pulita in bella posizione panoramica, la signora veramente Antonella molto gentile e disponibile ci ha trattato benissimo, ad arrivare si fa' un po' fatica ma ne vale sicuramente la pena. Ambiente gradevole e pulito.

In generale non ho c'è nessuna cosa che non mi è piaciuta, magari la colazione poteva essere più ricca ma per il resto tutto bellissimo
