A nice place to stay for people with a car, or even a bicycle.
The hostess was helpful and kindly fixed problems, as when the temperature in the apartment turning very cold due to an unexpected weather front.
The property is too far from the center of Gubbio for an easy and comfortable walk. Much of the sidewalk pavement in the neighborhood is broken and dangerous.

A home away from home - lovely hosts!
Very spacious and clean, with nice touches to make it feel like a home from home. The hosts were super helpful and friendly, making sure we were comfortable and giving us travel tips. They even went the extra mile to find air conditioning units in the middle of a heatwave, and came late at night to install them for us. Would definitely return, and highly recommend!!
We had small children and it was hot, so a little bit too far to walk into town if that's what you're looking for - but to be honest it is so easy to park it wasn't a problem at all.

Una bellissima esperienza da rifare.
La proprietaria è stata molto accogliente e disponibile, dandoci tutte le indicazioni utili per vivere al meglio il nostro soggiorno a Gubbio. L'appartamento è molto curato e pulito; ottima la posizione a pochi minuti dal centro storico.
