The property is located in the center of Lido di Ostia, 15 minutes walk from the train station, from there you can easily go to Rome, and close to the beach. It is also easy to react it directly from Fiumicino airport by local bus (Cotral). The apartment is spacious, modern and clean. The host team is very friendly, polite and efficient - if you have any question, just contact them and they solve everything quickly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll.
Auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist toll und bietet die Möglichkeit alles, was das Herz begehrt zu kochen. Die unmittelbare Nähe zur Markthalle unterstützt dies zusätzlich. Das Bad ist geräumig und bietet auch zwei Personen gleichzeitig Platz.
Die beiden Balkone, einer nach Süden, einer nach Westen, gewährleisten es, dass man morgens seinen Kaffee in der Sonne und abends noch ein Glas Wein, ebenfalls in der Sonne trinken kann. Jedenfalls im Oktober ist das beides super. Im Sommer kann ich es nicht abschätzen.
Die Nähe zu Cafés, Restaurants, Minimärkten und Strand ist super!
Unserer Meinung nach fehlen Fliegengitter, zumindest am Fenster im Bad und Schlafzimmer. Wir mussten die Fenster leider geschlossen halten, wegen der Stechmücken. Auch ist es sehr laut, weil dieses wunderschöne Appartement an einer Hauptstraße liegt. Besonders sehr früh morgens ist es sehr störend.
