This condo is directly across from the beach and a fabulous restaurant! Christian could not have been more helpful (with our luggage and recommendations), even ordering our car service to the airport! We will definitely go back and stay in one of his rentals

Everything was perfect !

From the moment we arrived, this stay felt like a gift. We had just come from a difficult experience at another accommodation and Christian completely turned things around for us. Even before we arrived he offered to pick us up from the airport, so kind and thoughtful. Although we had already arranged a taxi, he still greeted us right on time with a warm welcome and allowed us to check in early. Christian was incredibly friendly, not just to me but also to my daughters, which meant so much. He made us feel truly cared for, like we weren’t just guests but people he genuinely wanted to help. He regularly checked in with us during our stay, making sure we were doing well and always offering thoughtful suggestions on things to do nearby. What stood out was that he focused on experiences that were affordable and family friendly, something we really appreciated while traveling with kids. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious and right across from the sea with a beautiful view. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the kitchen had everything we needed and the whole space just felt comfortable and welcoming. Christian’s passion for what he does is so clear. It’s rare to feel this kind of warmth and care as a guest and we’ll always remember how special he made us feel. We will definitely be coming back.🙏🏿🥰🍀

I punti di forza: Posizione: proprio fronte mare e in una zona centrale. Parcheggio: Nonostante la centralità, la disponibilità del parcheggio gratuito su strada ha facilitato il soggiorno. Accoglienza: Il proprietario si è dimostrato cordiale e molto disponibile.

L'appartamento si trova al primo piano di un palazzo datato, sprovvisto di ascensore e con una manutenzione carente nelle parti comuni (androne e scale risultano sporchi). L'interno dell'alloggio non ha subito ammodernamenti : gli ambienti sono datati e la pulizia generale era mediocre. Per serietà professionale, una struttura che punta alla ricezione turistica moderna dovrebbe investire nel rinnovamento degli spazi prima di metterli a reddito. Il costo del soggiorno è risultato decisamente eccessivo per il livello di comfort e pulizia offerto. Pagate la posizione, ma non la qualità dell'alloggio. Non lo consiglierei a chi cerca una struttura moderna e curata.
