Great place to dive in Koh Lanta

People is really very nice, making you feel confortable. Location next to dive shops, night market and restaurants is great. The room is comfortable.

No reading lights on the bed, the door is the window, so have to close the curtain for privacy. Shower could be better.

Very nice place to enjoy Koh Lanta

Very comfortable hotel, just steps from the ferry, restaurants, and Walking Street, yet away from the noise and crowds. Very large room, great bed, and very friendly staff. You can rent a scooter directly from them for 200 baht per day. I especially want to thank Tom Thaem, who was very helpful and professional. She helped me with the bus to my next destination. If I return to Koh Lanta, I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay in Lanta

The room was very clean and had everything you needed. The property is super close to the walking street market where you can find amazing Thai food and it is very cheap. The staff is amazing. Everyone is so kind. We woke up every morning and there were bottles of water and coffee left outside our room. We have been travelling in Thailand for a while and usually people are very welcoming but the hospitality and kindness we found at Tan Residence was outstanding.

Wonderful.

I would highly recommend a stay at the Tan Residence. Great value for money. Spacious, sleek rooms. Very central location close to Sala Dan Pier for the ferry, 15 minute walk from Klong Dao beach, Lotus and other amenities 5 minutes away. Room is cleaned every day if you’d like it. Hosts were very friendly and always made time to have a chat, they went out of their way to help us and they made us feel at home whilst in Koh Lanta.

There is nothing we didn’t like. However, an improvement would be two sets of bowls, plates and cutlery (instead of one) and a toaster would also be a good addition to the kitchen.

The staff were amazing !! I never leave reviews but really felt I had to with this one ! The room was lovely perfect for me and my sister and the lovely staff were so welcoming and helpful with everything such as taxis, where to go and very friendly and chatty with us. Lovely people x

Great stay in koh lanta

First we were a bit worried because of few reviews on booking. But accomodation and price to quality ratio turned out to be fantastic. Location is near the port and night food market. There are also a lotus store and a 7/11 near by. Room, which was spacious and in very good condition was cleaned every day. Owners are really friendly and hospitable. Even gave us a ride to the pear in the morning. Highly recommend to everyone who is in Lanta.

L’emplacement est parfait, faisable à pied depuis le port. Un immense coup de cœur pour les propriétaires qui sont au petit soin et qui ont un coeur immense. Tout les besoins sont à proximité ainsi que le marché de nuit. De plus si vous avez le moindre besoin les propriétaires vous aideront avec grand plaisir! Nous recommandons!!!

Naprosto dokonalé

V tomto ubytování jsme s dcerou nechaly kus srdce. Na ostrově už jsem vyzkoušela hodně ubytování, ale toto předčilo mé očekávání. Naprostý TOP. Majitelé jsou nejsrdečnější lidé, co znám. Čistota na pokoji byla maximální. Pokoj byl neustále vyvoněný, včetně skříně, která měla své vlastní osvětlení. Kromě posezení před pokojem je ještě k dispozici malý soukromý balkon z druhé strany, kde je sušák na prádlo. Řekla bych, že matrace na spaní byla úplně nová, velmi vysoká, kvalitní a moc pohodlná. Mohla bych mluvit hodiny o tom, jak jsem byla z ubytování nadšená. Na pokoji velká lednice s mrazákem, neustálý přísun pitné vody a vždy něco navíc :-) K dispozici byly také blackout závěsy na noc. Těsnění po celém pokoji - včetně větracího okna v koupelně - je natolik kvalitní, že jsme za celý pobyt neměly v pokoji ani jednoho komára. Což je zázrak. Ačkoliv centrum je pouhé 2 minuty pěšky (všude blízko), byl tam klid. Mohu říci, že díky majitelům jsme se tam cítily s dcerou "jako doma mezi přáteli". Určitě se sem budeme vracet.

Logement, emplacement et personnel au top !

Nous avons passé 5 nuits et c’était parfait. Nous étions bien situés, on peut louer des scooters directement. Et un gros plus, le personnel qui est géré par un papa et sa fille. Ils sont vraiment au top et aux petits soins pour vous même en repartant du logement ! Je recommande les yeux fermés et nous reviendrons !

Exzellente Erfahrung. Wir kommen gern zurück!

Wir sind sehr dankbar für den tollen Aufenthalt in der Tan Residence. Wir wurden freundlich vom Inhaber und seiner Tochter Arisa begrüßt. Es gab eine Kokosnuss aus dem eigenen Garten bei der Ankunft als kleine Erfrischung und eine Dose leckere pineapple cookies . Wir konnten ebenfalls direkt dort einen Roller mieten, da sie eine eigene Vermietungsfirma haben. Der Preis war super (250 Baht pro Tag) und der Roller war in einem top gepflegten Zustand. Die Lage nahe des Saladan Pier und der Walking Street ist exzellent. Das Gebäude und die Zimmer sind gut gepflegt. Alles ist sauber, der Fernseher und das Internet funktionieren gut. Zusätzlich wollen wir uns bei dem ausgezeichneten Personal für den room service bedanken: jeden Morgen steht pünktlich ausreichend Wasser vor der Tür, dazu Kaffee und neues Toilettenpapier. Am Checkout Tag wurden wir gratis vom Inhaber weggebracht. Danke, danke, danke!!!

Habitación muy amplia y tiene una pequeña terraza. Todo está muy limpio y los propietarios son super amables.

El colchón era bastante duro para nosotros, no estamos acostumbrados.

Volvería sin dudas.

La mejor estadía de todo mi viaje, l habitación es muy grande, cómoda, con balcón, el servicio de limpieza, te dejan todas las mañanas café y agua, la chica de recepción te ayuda en todo y el señor también, nos dieron bananas y cocos de recibimiento, nos ayudaron para irnos al aeropuerto. Realmente 5 estrellas.

Großes und sauberes Zimmer mit Küche, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, Rollerverleih gleich am Hotel, gute Lage!

Leider hat die Seife im Bad gefehlt und wir hatten zwei Kakerlaken im Zimmer.
