The staff were so friendly and helpful, Yao was especially amazing and sorted out so much for us while we were there. Nice hotel with a good location.

Swimming pool was good and the location of the hotel was ideal.
The air-conditioning in our room was faulty but it did get fixed by the staff.
The bed in our room was too soft and not comfortable so we struggled to sleep, staff said all rooms had the same beds unfortunately.
