El entorno, el apartamento moderno en una casa tradicional junto al rio. La preocupación por la limpieza y ventilación de los dueños.
Creo que no es recomendable para personas con dificultad en la movilidad. A mi me encantan las escaleras pero entiendo do que puede suponer un problema
