Quaint apartment in older building very close to historic part of Poitiers.

Quaint apartment in older building off a small garden/courtyard. Apartment was well equipped. Very convenient for visiting historic part of city. Free parking was possible if you did not mind walking (we could unload luggage at the front door before moving the car elsewhere). Once we established a whatsapp communication channel with the host, he was very helpful.

Communication was initially hampered because the telephone number on the reservation was not for the host, but for the maid/cleaner who did not answer several attempts to reach someone. Bedroom was a little strange: kind of in a cage in the living room. Parking was some way from the apartment.

Good studio for a short stay to explore the city

Clean and modern studio with a reasonable amount of space. Was close to the old town and right next to the river. Host was quick to reply to messages.

Parking around that area is tricky due to a lack of spaces and road works when we were there. However the host did message a helpful list of nearby car parks.

Very pleasant holiday booking

Location was down an alleyway from front of house. All was explained in follow up email from owner, including how to obtain key and information on parking. The gite was very compact and had to have lights on when inside. Plenty of bathroom space including washer. Towels provided. Most cleaning materials provided, even shower gel, although unused as allergies to lavender. TV in lounge area. Worked out how to use it eventually through Netflix. Neighbours very friendly. Wi-Fi is available. Property opposite river so fishing available (not sure what permits are required). Easier to walk in to Poitiers than drive. Straight up the street opposite the bridge. Approx 600 M to centre. Driving one way system up to 3 kms from city centre. Although very easy parking in underground car parks. Lovely city to visit and near all historical places around the area. Futures ope short drive away,

A curtain across the window between bedroom and dining area, or side window would be of benefit, as workmen opposite could see through. Had to close outside shutters for privacy. Workmen would have finished by now, as converting/refurbishing house next door. Parking was a nightmare although this was explained in follow up email. Overhead guest/owner was noisy walking about through the night. Sofa in lounge uncomfortable for me, but have sitting/seating problems, also swivel breakfast chairs for same reason. Outside trees could benefit from a cut back. Sure this will be dealt with during quiet holiday period.

Clean, handy for town centre & a good range of amenities for a short break. Nice to have a small outdoor space to sit in the evening with a table & couple of chairs.

It would have been beneficial for some kind of air conditioning or fan due to high temperatures during our stay.

Creo que no es recomendable para personas con dificultad en la movilidad. A mi me encantan las escaleras pero entiendo do que puede suponer un problema

Precioso apartamento en Poitiers

La localización, poder ir caminando al centro. La limpieza y el cuidado, así como la modernización del interiores de una casa típica de la zona, también el cuidado de los detalles.

No es recomendable para personas con dificultades en la movilidad por la dificultad en la accesibilidad a los dormitorios situados en el piso superior u en la entrada al mismo apartamento( hay que subir una planta)

Apartamento muy completo con todo tipo de detalles, tiene hasta play station, que para los niños viene fenomenal. Bien situado si quieres ir al centro andando y aparcamiento gratuito en los alrededores.

No volveré nunca

La peor experiencia en Booking, tiene una entrada de burdel o callejón de mala muerte, el anfitrión nunca apareció, nunca vino a ayudarnos. Habían dos hombres en mi habitación hasta las 17h, el Check-in es a partir de las 17h si o si. Cuando haces la reserva te cobran inmediatamente y entonces el anfitrión te pide 400€ de fianza que son una locura para el sitio que es. La puerta del hospedaje no cierra bien, tienes que encontrar las llaves en una cajetilla y la contraseña solo te la da si has pagado los 400€, desde luego no puedes ir con prisas o el tiempo planificado porque su sistema y organización te lo desmonta todo. Demasiado tiempo para llevar a cabo su reserva. El baño no tiene ni cortina ni puerta y se sale todo el agua. Y más desperfectos que vas descubriendo....

Appartement très bien agencé et équipé, très agréable et joliment décoré. Tout est réfléchi, rien ne manque! Un séjour au delà de mes attentes! De plus la communication avec Cyril est fluide, il répond très rapidement et m'a bien arrangé car j'ai pu aller récupérer, après avoir quitté le logement, un objet oublié! Emplacement au top, environnement très agréable!

Cosy dans une cour arborée

Le lieu est retiré dans une petite cour avec de la verdure. Il est calme et agréable. On ne se sent pas en ville. L'appartement est très cosy. On s'y sent très bien et accueilli. L'hôte est très réactif aux messages. Ses réponses sont très agréables et attentives. Merci.

On entend assez tard le soir et tôt le matin, les bruits des pas des voisins qui habitent au-dessus. La nuit est calme.

Studio fonctionnel, tout le nécessaire était à disposition, hôte agréable, réactif et à l’écoute. Belle salle de bain nous avons passé un séjour agréable.

La literie n’est pas de très bonne qualité. Literie trop dure et canapé inconfortable.
