The fixtures were in great shape. Most looked new inside the unit.
Management worked with us to submit documents via text and SMS after their software kept crashing on multiple occasions when it came time to submit identification documents.
The couches smelled of dog and needed to be shampooed on the top and sides. We covered them with sheets instead.
The toilet was clogged on arrival and had to be cleaned. It had excrement and toilet paper in it. It took us a while to clear the clog before we could use it.
There was no toilet paper
There were measuring cups missing
The oven, stove top under burners, and lower dish storage on oven were very dirty on check in.

Drywall damage under kitchen sink
Floor needed to be mopped on check in
The bedding and pillow cases on the bed had to be washed. The pillows had to be replaced due to brown stains and human hair. We took care of that.
There was a lot of soap residue including dried bubbles and human hair on the walls of the shower.
There were pools of dried urine around the trash can under kitchen counter from a prior tenant's dogs.
No on site mail boxes. USPS must deliver to the door.
The grounds were not well maintained on arrival. There was trash on the ground in many places and broken glass in the parking lot which remained for duration of the stay. The lawn was overgrown and there were a lot of weeds along where parking spaces were located.
Four washers and two dryers in the on site laundry were out of service. The washers were filled with contaminated water and several looked like they had been that way a long time. Months at the very least. There was stuff floating inside the dirty water and water was discolored.
The vending machine in the laundry room remained empty for the duration of the stay.
The ac in the laundry room was broken and filthy.
The laundry room was in need of cleaning and repairs.
The lights throughout the court yard were out at night. Many bulbs needed to be replaced.
Management did not repair the wash room appliances prior to us completing our stay.
The exterior grill on our ac was damaged. It looked like someone had tried to pry it off.
There was a bad smell in the unit when we arrived.
