The only thing I saw was water from ac in frt of the he door,not really a problem

It was clean and comfortable
There wasn't enough towels for 5 people or wash clothes. No kitchen towels. There was a dead mouse on a mouse trap under the kitchen sink and a handle to open the refrigerator was broken off and missing. We had no contact with anyone from the apartment management.
