Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

The location is close to Ft. Sill as advertised, which made it easy for us to visit our son on base. After spending the day sightseeing in Lawton, it was great to have a spacious place to relax and unwind, especially with the two-bedroom layout. It definitely provided more space than a typical hotel room would have.While the accommodations aren't as luxurious as a hotel, they were more than sufficient for our needs. The place had everything we needed and was comfortable for our stay. The neighborhood does look a bit sketchy at first glance, but we didn't have any issues during our time there, and it didn't impact our stay.Overall, considering the location, space, and the value, we felt it was definitely worth the cost. It was a solid option for our trip to attend our son's graduation from Basic Training.

I stayed here with my boyfriend's 14-year-old younger brother so that we could be with my boyfriend through his graduation from basic training. I recently turned 18, so this was my first solo trip where I booked everything and was in charge of buying and finding a place to stay. When I say the customer service was amazing, it truly was. They were able to answer every question I asked (and I asked a lot), and had very timely replies at pretty much every time of day. That made this trip so much easier and less stressful for me. It also is exactly as advertised, very close to Fort Sill. Only a seven-minute walk to the visitor's center, which made things very convenient. Everything was comfortable and clean. The only issue for us that we had was that we were having issues with connecting to the Wi-Fi, but the houses around us were having the same issues so I'm not sure that is their fault. Overall, as advertised and perfect location if you are going to see a BCT graduation!

The price was great, the location was an easy drive to all the Fort Sill activities we attended. The property was easy to find and use.

We rented this property for our sons graduation at Fort Sill. Reviews are right on, you can't get any closer. The apartment was clean, complex was quiet. Just a short drive to anything you may need. Not too far from the wildlife reserve either. This property was just what we were looking for, it helped our stay be an unforgettable one.
