Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.

Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

The wife and I were extremely happy with everything. Location, cleanliness,peaceful,pet friendly. Parking was easy. We will be staying here again and again.

It was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed. Except for wifi. We didnt have a network connection the entire time, but it was ok cause we were too busy out and about.

This property is in an older apartment complex It has no central ac soooooo you have to leave doors open so you can get air. Apartment smells like someone smoked in it for years and I left with major allergy problems, pillows are VERY sad. Plan on bringing anything you may need has the very very basic amenities. I will say it was clean for being older and the mattress was not horrible.
