Comfortable but noisy
It was comfortable and clean. Great shower. The balcony was nice too.
The "Erika" room I stayed in was right next to the kitchen. I would always hear noise from them working & getting ice. The supply room was right next to my room. Always heard staff accessing it. Sounds like someone was opening my room door! Leaving the room at night, the sensor to turn the light on in the corridor would not turn on until halfway down. I had to move along one side in the dark to avoid running into a bookcase.

Hospitable and welcoming host.
Davide was a fantastic host. Met us when we arrived and showed us where things were. Room is large with a separate sitting area and small kitchenette. Bed was very comfy. Shower is powerful with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was croissant, bread and yogurt which is served in the bistrot.
There was nothing at Tui beds.

The room and the bathroom were simple but very clean and well maintained. A nice balcony is also available. Excellent food and wine in the restaurant. Host and staff are very friendly and do their best for a pleasant stay. We really recommend the place for overnight stays.

Very good
Very welcoming owner. We arrived late and he was perfect with that. Very friendly. The room is comfortable, the bar the owner has looks good. We were however only on a one night stop: arrived late and left early.

Perfect little B&B
the property was fresh and nicely decorated, minimalist but had everything needed. Room was clean and bathroom was very spacious as well as the terrace. Even tho there was no parking on site there was plenty free parking places on the street. The walk to town is only 15-20. Davide, the owner, was really really nice and happy to give us an advice of how to get around Arenzano or best places to eat. We are definitely coming back again as it was super value for money

Superb
The staff was great and the food at the restaurant was delicious, including the breakfast.
The location as it is up the hill far from the sea and the center of town. However, I new this when I book it and all the good things compensate for it. Also, there is a bus that goes to the center literally at the door of the accommodation.
