Comfortable but noisy

It was comfortable and clean. Great shower. The balcony was nice too.

The "Erika" room I stayed in was right next to the kitchen. I would always hear noise from them working & getting ice. The supply room was right next to my room. Always heard staff accessing it. Sounds like someone was opening my room door! Leaving the room at night, the sensor to turn the light on in the corridor would not turn on until halfway down. I had to move along one side in the dark to avoid running into a bookcase.

Hospitable and welcoming host.

Davide was a fantastic host. Met us when we arrived and showed us where things were. Room is large with a separate sitting area and small kitchenette. Bed was very comfy. Shower is powerful with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was croissant, bread and yogurt which is served in the bistrot.

There was nothing at Tui beds.

Very good

The room and the bathroom were simple but very clean and well maintained. A nice balcony is also available. Excellent food and wine in the restaurant. Host and staff are very friendly and do their best for a pleasant stay. We really recommend the place for overnight stays.

Very welcoming owner. We arrived late and he was perfect with that. Very friendly. The room is comfortable, the bar the owner has looks good. We were however only on a one night stop: arrived late and left early.

Perfect little B&B

the property was fresh and nicely decorated, minimalist but had everything needed. Room was clean and bathroom was very spacious as well as the terrace. Even tho there was no parking on site there was plenty free parking places on the street. The walk to town is only 15-20. Davide, the owner, was really really nice and happy to give us an advice of how to get around Arenzano or best places to eat. We are definitely coming back again as it was super value for money

The staff was great and the food at the restaurant was delicious, including the breakfast.

The location as it is up the hill far from the sea and the center of town. However, I new this when I book it and all the good things compensate for it. Also, there is a bus that goes to the center literally at the door of the accommodation.

what is the meaning to write a special requirement if you can get it guaranteed. At least when the hotel confirms my boo

Very bad experience with Tui Beds! I have booked this hotel about a month ago. I wrote clearly on the special requirement that I need a quiet room. But when we arrived the hotel around 13:00 (lunch period time), they gave us exactly the very noisy room, which is next to the kitchen. It is not possible to have a rest with such big noise. So we tried to communicate with the owner, but he couldn’t change us to another quiet room since they have only 3 rooms, the other 2 rooms have already occupied. We also tried to communicate with booking.com, but booking.com pushed us back to the owner again. I talked with the owner again, he finally agree to give only half of my payment back. We decide anyway to leave the hotel immediately since the owner said the noise will be finished around 1:00 o’clock at dinner period.

Small but great host

Part of Tia Bistrot, wonderful host in David, arrived day Bistrot closed and he came to open for us, recommended great restaurant close by, next night had a fabulous meal at Tia Bistrot, and the wine list was larger and more extensive than 4 star restaurants at much better prices for great wine. David also speaks 6/7 languages. Good breakfast

A nice B&B less then 1km from the interchange

We were driving from France to Italy and chose this place for a bed and breakfast - a place to sleep, have breakfast and continue our ride. The place was perfect for this goal. Just 1 km from the highway with lots of free parking, we came, checked in, slept, had breakfast, and back in the car. Practical and convinient.

We were 2+1 but the hotel missed it and gave us a room with a double bed. They had no solution for us so the three of us slept in the same bed, which was wide enough if only the kid didn't kick me the entire night... Also, the sheets were a bit dirty, but when contacted the manager they immediately came to change them despite the late hour, so I'm not sure if this is something I liked or didn't...

wonderful stay!

Great place to stay! The room was comfortable, spacious, clean and had an awesome terrace. This hotel has everything you need! convenient on street parking, and very close to the port. The owner is very pleasant and helped us find a great place to have dinner. The breakfast from the hotel was delicious too. Will definitely be staying here again if we’re ever back in the area.

Rooms are new, spacious, clean.

The room was spacious, new, very clean. So was the bathroom. The bed was great! Big and good mattress. I Slept well. No noise from outside. Nice, calm balcony. Breakfast was good, everything fresh and sweet. Davide, the owner, was very kind and helpful. I really have nothing to complain.

Frankly, the hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but sometimes you mustn't judge a book by its cover! The street, the area, was nothing special. Not bad, not good.

Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! La stanza era pulita e ben organizzata, ci ha fatto molto piacere avere un angolo per fare colazione la mattina senza dover andare al bar: basta comprarsi due brioches la sera prima ed è fatta! Lo staff è stato molto gioviale e abbiamo anche cenato con piacere una sera al loro bistrot. Rispetto al paese l'albergo è un po' decentrato, sicuramente è più comodo per chi arriva in macchina o è interessato al Beigua, ma non è certo un segreto e basta metterlo in conto! Avverto che, se si arriva a piedi, la strada è in salita, ma ci si gode un gran bel panorama e tutto sommato non ci è pesato troppo farcela!

Bella vacanza

Posizione è buono , si trova sulla collina a distanza 1,7 km dal mare, vicino all'ospedale, con aria e fresco della montagna. Vicino un grande parcheggio, piu di uno!! Una cosa rara per Liguria. L'alloggio è spazioso, i letti molto belli con i doppi materassi, è fornito con piccola cucina: lavandino, microonde, le stoviglie, posate, il bagno è pulito ed e curato. Sulle finestre ci sono le zanzariere, è fornito anche di aria condizionata ma a noi non serviva, di notte era fresco, e assolutamente non umido. Per arrivare al mare si fa una bella passeggiata, è ottimo per chi ama camminare e fare trekking, come anche andare su in montagna. Sulla porta c'erano appesi anche gli orari dei pullman. Di sotto al piano terra c'è il ristorante per cenare.

Camera con pulizia impeccabile e Bistrot sublime

Host super attenta, pulizia perfetta, cambio biancheria ogni 3 gg oppure prima su richiesta, frigorifero, aria condizionata, balconcino, materasso e cuscini comodisssimi, acqua calda in abbondanza, flusso dell'acqua intenso, a disposizione prodotti locali per colazione e acqua. Il Bistrot merita un plauso extra per prodotti freschi, menù molto interessante e cuoca sublime, personale gentilissimo e competente. Anche solo il loro Bistrot merita un viaggio ad Arenzano. Consigliatissimo come il loro B & B.

Avendo alloggiato nella camera Erika i rumori in prima serata della cucina adiacente, ma solo una sera eravamo in camera in quegli orari, quindi disturbo contenuto. Andrebbe forse insonorizzata?

Pulito ogni giorno.

Personale rapidamente intravisto all'accoglienza e poi irreperibile. Paghi con 15 giorni di anticipo e poi sono cavoli tuoi. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare le chiavi e la tassa di soggiorno in contanti all'interno della stanza partendo poiché nessuno rispondeva al telefono. Non hanno neanche risposto al mio messaggio. Non torneremo.

Soggiorno comodo e piacevole

Camera comoda e ben tenuta, pulita e ordinata. Parcheggio abbastanza facile da trovare. Zona silenziosissima. Bel terrazzino. Aria condizionata che rinfresca molto in fretta.

La colazione è molto semplice, solo un bollitore con bustine del tè, qualche biscotto, fette biscottate e marmellatine. Avendo sotto il bar si sarebbe potuto fare qualcosa di più.

Rustige omgeving, het strand en stadje makkelijk te bereiken. Parkeren nabij de accommodatie was ook erg makkelijk. Schone, fijne kamer met alles wat je nodig hebt. Schoonmaakster was ook erg vriendelijk. Lekker gedineerd in het bijhorend restaurant. Host reageert snel en vriendelijk op berichten.

Vanuit de kamer waren geluiden vanuit het gebouw te horen. Heeft ons verder niet wakker gehouden.
